The Bears start off the season with a big victory over the Jaguars. Turnovers were a key causing 3 interceptions from the jaguars to complete a victory. While the stat line shows the Jaguars with a dominant passing game it was the Bears defense that comitted interceptions that was the key to victory. The first interception was returned to the two yard line. Then shortly after the rookie M. Hall scored a td from the two yard line to put the game to 7-0.
Matt Forte scored in the second quarter on a 6 yard run, then followed an interception by T. Jennings intercepted a pass 83 yards for the touchdown. C. Conte followed later with an interception 35 yards for the touchdown.
The Bears ran down the clock to finish the clock the rest of the game to finish out the Jaguars. The bears are riding high on some momentumn and hope to continue it against the Vikings next week. The Bears know exactly what they are up against but hope to contain the rushing attack from A. Peterson. Good luck next week JSimms
