Oh What A Beautiful DayVikings sweep Packers again, 31-21. The Minnesota Vikings would welcome the Green Bay Packers for their final game of the season together. Another game minus AP, no problem. Christian Ponder is finally coming around it looks after he showed promise the last few weeks but stumbled against the Falcons and Bears. His ability to not turn it over and complete passes as well as 3rd downs made it hard to key on one dimension of the Viking offense. This led to Chris Ivory and Toby Gerhart manhandling the Packer defense. Chris Ivory went for 105 on 10 carries with a long of 82 and 1 touchdown. Toby rushed 12 times for 104 yards and 2 touchdowns. Ponder was pretty solid today with 14 completions out of 20 attempts for 171 yards and 1 touchdown. Key stat, no interceptions. The Vikings will now meet up with the St. Louis Rams in a rematch of last year's NFC Championship. If we win, the North is ours. Lose, the Bears are crowned the North Champs.
