It was a sunny day in Miami for this week six matchup between the visiting Seattle Seahawks and the Miami Dolphins.

The Seahawks opened the game hitting on all cylinders in their running, passing, and QB draw game, driving 65 yds to the Miami 5yd line, before getting stuffed on three running attempts and having to settle for a fieldgoal and an 3-0 lead. Miami tried to answer the Seahawks with a drive of their own, but a lost fumble by Reggie Bush on the Seattle 32 put an end to that. The Seahawks then proceeded to drive the ball against Miami with a mix of runs from Michael Turner, Lynch and QB R. Wilson to score a quarter ending fieldgoal and to take a 6-0 lead.

In the second quarter Miami's offense finally got into gear, and scored on a Tannehill to Amond Thomas 15yd Touchdown pass. Seattle once again drove the field on the ensuing kickoff, thanks to two big 3rd down runs by Wilson, but once again were only able to put up 3 points. Miami's following drive ended once again with a Tannehill to Thomas 48yd touchdown bomb to take a 14 -9 lead. Seattle's final drive of the half ended with a V. Davis interception deep in Miami territory. Half time score 14-9 Miami.

The second half was all Miami; who consistently stifled the Seahawks offense, and scored another 17 points on a Tannehill pass to Fleener, a run by Reggie Bush, and a late half chip shot fieldgoal. Final Score Miami 31 Seattle 9.

While the Dolphins still have a losing record (2-4); they currently are one game out of the division lead (no other team in the division as played their week 6 game at the time this story was posted), and Tannehill's improved play has to Miami Hopeful... Well, hopeful.

    Outstanding players of the game:

Tannehill 3 TD, 1 int for 227 yds
    K. Misi 2 sacks
    V Davis 1 int

    R Wilson 6 rushes for 51 yds
