Rams Heading Back to NFC Championship for 3rd timeBeat Bears 31-3 St Louis, Missouri The Rams welcomed the Bears to St Louis as these teams would face off for the first time this season. Things did not start off so well for the Rams as their first possession ended with a Bradford INT, as rookie CB Manning stepped in front of a pass and forced the turnover. The Rams defense were able to hold strong and force the Bears to punt, before the offense came out and went on a scoring drive, culminating with a 1 yard Mike Karney run. 7-0 Rams after 1 quarter. The second quarter saw the Rams add two more TDs. First, Sterlin Freeman would take it in from 4 yards out before the Rams defense was able to force a turnover, as first Kerry Rhodes would strip the ball away from TE Todd Heap, before the ball was scooped up by a Bears reciever who was met with a huge hit by MLB Laurinaitis, forcing him to fumble the ball which was picked up by CB Larry Washington in a wild sequence. The Rams would add their 3rd TD as Bradford would hit Lance Kendricks for an 11 yard TD, as the Rams took the 21-0 lead into the break. The Bears would get their best drive of the day going right after the half, but a couple of key drops would force them to settle for a FG. The Rams would then go on a long drive of their own, as Steven Jackson would take it in from 1 yard out to give the Rams the 28-3 lead after 3 quarters. The 4th quarter was a quiet one, as Josh Brown would put up the only points in the quarter with a 36 yard FG. Kerry Rhodes would pick up an INT in this quarter too as the Rams would eventually wind the clock down as they advance to the NFC Championship to face a familiar foe, the Dallas Cowboys. GG _MG_ as I said earlier you were getting no breaks at all with all the dropped balls, and that double fumble play.
Looks like MG got the same screwjob I got.
