    MWC 2013 CHAMPIONS: AIR FORCE
    [IMG][IMG]
Air Force shocked the league one again going 12-1 with a C rated (overall) team. In the 4th season Air Force was able to capture its 4th straight MWC Title. In the four seasons, Coach Noffke has led Air Force to a 48-4 record.

On the offensive side of the ball, Air Force had plenty talent to replace in 2013. Freshman QB Smith stepped in to control the offensive. As a freshman, QB Smith put up over 1900 yards passing and 900 yards rushing. Smith also totaled 22 total TD’s. With these numbers QB Smith was named Freshman AA. Also, the backfield had seen a major overhaul. FB Johnson and RB Jones stepped in and put up solid numbers. RB Jones, in his only year started, he became a 1st all MWC RB.
The defensive side of the ball was young just like the offense. After all, Air Force only had 11 seniors and 13 juniors on its team. RE Clouse, FS House, K Shelton, Returner Hayes were all named Freshman AA. The defense as young as it was during the 2013 season stepped up when it needed too.

The 2013 recruiting season was successfully for Air Force as they were able to fill many critical positions in need as well as get solid players to develop in other areas. Air Force also, signed its first 5 Star Recruit in program history.
    SUGAR BOWL SCORE:
    Air Force: 28
    Michigan: 27
12-1 Final Record, 7-1 in MWC, Sugar Bowl Victory
