Big East Championship was interest to say the least. First off, it was played in the Cotton Bowl, which was cool. Funny thing though, it was decorated for the Red River Rivalry. Orange and Crimson everywhere and Texas and Oklahoma in the end zones. HA!

The game started out very odd. UCONN came out swinging and sustained some drives getting the first points on a FG. They then stood tall in a goal line stand to keep me to a FG. 3-3 affair after the first. Then the wheels fell of for UCONN. 24 straight second half points and 21 more in the 3rd including an 80 yard pick 6. I didn't even pass for over 200 yards. Almost 300 yards rushing though. This with my starting HB out injured for the second half.
