Badger running game to much for Western Michigan:

Everyone got a little playing time in this week as the Badgers took care of Western Michigan, 63-21. The assault was lead by SR(RS) RB Jeff Lewis with 127 yards on 25 attempts and 6 TDs. The other two RBs JR(RS) Melvin Gordon and FR Brendan Johnson also got some playing and combined for 17 carries 188 yards and 1 TD. The Wisconsin offense scored a lot and quickly, scoring double digits in each quarter except the 1st.

The Broncos tried to keep up but the Badger defense held strong. They sacked the QB 4 times and picked him off in their very first drive. Western Michigan did score 21 which leaves to question what adjustments should be made due to horrendous tackling and blown coverages. Next week Wisconsin travels to Alabama to take on the #13 ranked Crimson Tide.
