Around 9/9:30 EST sound good for you?

I'm gonna watch the ISU-KU basketball game. Probably won't be fun, but when it's over/ISU is down 30 I'll be on.

    K guys.

I'm about to rage. Stupid refs. Stupid coaches.

And no, I don't blame refs for when Iowa State loses. But the Big XII clearly believes Kansas is their best team this year and is fully supporting the refs in doing what they can to help Kansas win, and it will be this way the entire conference season.

    Pathetic.

    Hey guys.

I am going to have a restart on my UCONN game.

We played an epic showdown with me winning the game with a last second TD after they tied it at 24. Then I went to save some highlights, and it froze up on me.

Screenshot below. You can even see the final score.

Then I watched the ISU/KU game and it pissed me off even more. YAY! DSC04234.JPG

My only consolation is that I can replay this game right now. ISU doesn't get another shot at KU for a while. But when they do, it will be at Hilton and we know that we can hang with anyone.

    HUSKIES NEUTERED!!!

Well, the rematch did NOT go well for UCONN. After playing one of the toughest games I had gotten from the CPU, this time they only got a few first downs. Amazing what some momentum can do for a team. This time around, Louisville had ALL the momentum.

The highlight of the game was the play of my young QB. In the last game before HB Kris Cole is supposed to return, True Freshman QB Mike Young stepped up in a big way. The young man was 14/16 for 200 yards and 3 TDs. He also added 106 yards on the ground as part of a Cardinal rushing attack that put up 277 rushing yards with HB Corvin Lamb stepping up nicely with 147 yards and 2 TDs of his own.

I didn't try and save any highlights this time, but I do have the box score.

The Cards prepare for next weeks visit from the Syracuse Orange. The Citrus are coming off a tough loss to Big East newcomer Iowa State, in a game where they had the lead going into the 4th quarter and lost. They might be out for blood!

    Thank you, sir.

Guys, this is how a frozen game should be addressed if you want to replay. If you would be on the losing end however, you still must take a loss so showing the score as Cy did is perfect.

It went from being my #3 Classic game, to a pistol whipping. Sorry UCONN. Better luck next time.

I watched the entire second half of that game. Other than the refs absolutely blowing, the turning point in the game was with ISU up 6, with just about 2 minutes left, and they shoot and miss a 3, instead of pushing for the 2. They had KU on the ropes right there, and a 2 would have put it at an easy 3 possessions, and then you continue to push for the 2. That right there was the difference when it ended, that and Niang fouling out.

They should have fouled someone, anyone, before Mclemore got the ball in his hands at the end of regulation. Let em shoot 2 and then get the ball back.

That as well. I have always been a fan of fouling in a +3 situation.
