#2 Oregon holds on to beat #10 Stanford
    17-7

Stanford didnt muster but only 72 total yards of offense but lead the game with 5 seconds remaining in the 1st Half! Oregon scored to tie the game and then second half belong to the Duck Defense who completely shut down the Cardinal attack. Stanford used 3 guys at QB, Nottinham, Wilson and (WR) Mackey as both Nottingham and Wilson were both knocked out with Wilson showing up again later.

Stanford and their 4-2-5 defense gave the Ducks fits all game long as the checked in and out of the perfect defense for what ever Oregon tried to do offensively. Stanford scored their only points on defense when Hemschoot scooped up a fumble by Robinson and took it 46 yards for the score.

Oregon keep it on the ground for 242 yards on 46 carries while Robinson carried the load with 18 carries for 135 yards. The Ducks tied the game just before halftime and didnt lead the game until 1 minute left in the 3rd Quarter when Ryan took it in from 1 yard out to give Oregon the 14-7 lead.

The second half saw the Duck really attack Stanford defensively with 10 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, and 1 forced fumble. This was the 1st game the Duck had not gotten a turnover and in fact lost the turnover battle!

Oregon moves to 9-0 and control the PAC 12 North, they must travel to CAL next week to face the once beaten Bears
