#3 Oregon wins despite mistakes over Stanford
    35-21

Oregon Freshman QB, Chris Price passed for 133 yards and a score but missed 4 WIDE OPEN recievers that cost the Ducks possesions and possibly scores. Price also fumbled the ball twice on option pitches that cost his team field position and the ball.
Defensively, the Duck Secondary blew coverages and allow Cardinal recievers behind them all game long. At times the Duck secondary had no clue the ball was even in their area! Hopefully this was a let down game after the game against Washington State whom are now coached by Rival BT.
The lone bright note for Oregon is the presence of Jeremy Carpenter who rushed for 216 yards on 24 carries and 3 more TD's
Carpenter now has rushed for 1,563 yards and 22 TD's in just 7 games. That's an average of 223 yards per game.
Carpenter is on pace to rush for 2,903 yards and 41 TD's for the season!

Well we gear up for the LSU battle and beat BYU, the QB play on our team is still a work in progress and something that we are working on very hard. We look to blow up LSU's D and dominate the game next week. Our D was a little suspect in this game and we struggled stopping the pass. Over all a good week.

Yea and he is a 56 overall? LOL nice move moving a 93 speed HB to FB and exploiting the mismatches most leagues have rules against Position changes like this and I can see why.

Alabama Holds off Tennessee to Stay Unbeaten
    [IMG]

The Tide did just enough to stay unbeaten as they traveled to Knoxville to take on the Volunteers. In a game dominated by big defensive and special team plays neither team mustered any kind of stand offensively. An early 71 yard punt return by FS Tavarious Burke put the Tide up 7 early. The Volunteers next drive was ended prematurely by CB Steve Harrison as he intercepted Tennessee QB C. Jenkins and took it 27 yards to pay dirt to put Alabama up 14-0. From there the defense continued to hold serve as they held Tennessee to just 6 points in the game. HB Jesse Johnson (16 car, 72 yards, 1 TD) had the lone score in the 2nd half on a shifty 12 yard scamper to put the Tide up 21-6. Defense dominated the rest of the game as neither team was able to get any solid drives going.

Up next for the Tide is a home test against Notre Dame as the Tide prepare for LSU and Auburn in the next 3 weeks.

GG pitt4life21 , always a good one when we play.

Colorado Survives Shootout With #12 Utah

Looking to boost their season significantly, Colorado hosted #12 Utah with an upset on their mind. It started off poorly Utah jumped out to an early 14-0 lead. Colorado always had an answer though. Utah would pull ahead and then the Buffaloes would close it back up. Fortunately in the 2nd quarter, Colorado would hold Utah to a short FG in the 2nd quarter and that would pay dividends at the end of the game. This time, as Colorado came in to close up the game, they were able to pull ahead and keep the lead to win their 5th game of the season, move into the top 25, and potentially contend for the Pac 12 South.

This was a well-played game on the defense of side of the ball but our offense could not do enough to get us over the top to be Alabama. We look to improve our running game so that we can give our defense more time off so they are less fatigue. Best of luck to Alabama for the rest of their season.
