    31 - 20
Washington, DC - The Redskins and Giants faced off in an early season divisional clash in our nation's capital. Last season, Washington upset the Giants in this matchup and the Giants defense embarrassed the Skins in game two, picking off Sanchez 7 times, 5 by Prince Amukamara. Each team had revenge on their mind, but only one could walk away with bragging rights. Those rights would go back to New York with Big Blue.
The teams exchanged scores and the lead early, with the Giants defense stepping up twice to hold the Skins to short FG's instead of capitalizing on good field position. New York held a slim 17-14 lead heading into the half. The Giants run game would take control in the second half. Corey Mays would take over and the Giants controlled the clock and the ball. Mays would secure the game for the Giants with a 50 yard TD run in the 4th to put Big Blue up 31-20. After the defense would pick off Sanchez 3 times, Washington did not stand a chance.
Next week, the Giants look to continue their winning streak as they travel north to face the Minnesota Vikings.
    Giants Stats
    QB A. Anderson: 15/23 231 YDs 0 TDs 1 INT
    HB C. Mays: 24 Atts 181 YDs 4 TDs
    WR M. Harrington: 5 Recs 85 YDs
    WR J. Shipley: 4 Recs 67 YDs
    Interceptions: G. Jones, P. Amukamara, A. O'Neal
GG County5 -- Looking forward to round 2.

    Broncos Crush Colts 29-6

After a long wait for this coach, not being able to play due to scheduling conflicts, then having a bye week, it was nice to get back out there and flex some muscle.
The Broncos and Colts started off slow, neither team scoring in the 1st quarter, but as the quarter expired, the Broncos were driving and were on the Colts 11 yard line. On the 1st play in the 2nd quarter, Evans found Demaryius Thomas for a TD pass to put them up 7-0. Shortly after that, Mike Vick fumbled, leading to a Broncos FG to go up 10-0. But the Colts showed some life after that, getting a FG, then picking off Evans which led to another FG just before the half to make it 10-6 at halftime.
The Broncos defense turned it up after that, allowing 0 points, getting 2 INT's, and a safety. Provost caught a TD pass from Evans, and the rookie continues to show promise, and Moreno added a TD after a Von Miller INT return to the Colts 6 yard line.

    Evans was efficient, 12/18 for 167 2 TD's and a pick
Moreno still has some juice going for 139 and a TD on 28 carries
And Von miller was player of the game with 2 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 1 INT which he returned about 60 yards setting up a Broncos TD.

    Suck it CPU!

Mendenhall Explodes In Rematch With Saints
Falcons Tally Another W With 35-10 Victory
    [IMG]
With the Saints missing their Head Coach, the Falcons marched into New Orleans and picked up their 4th win of the season. After a long opening drive, the Saints would strike first and take the lead 3-0 but it would be all Falcons after that. New Orleans couldn't move the ball and the Falcons offense, primarily Rashard Mendenhall and Randall Cobb, couldn't be stopped. Mendenhall and Cobb combined for nearly 300 yards and would score 4 TDs in the game. Atlanta led 21-3 at the half and 35-10 after regulation.
