My cap space is showing only $20k.
    Team salaries: 130.16m
    Cap Space: 7.34m
But it's not allowing me to enter into any negotiations.

Would like the opp to re-sign:
    FB L. Vickers
    RE J. Hatcher
    DT S. Lissemore

Moe, you don't have the glitch. You need to clear cap space. Look at the Team Salaries page and it will show you... Your cap space is $8.05M, but subtract out the 2013 cap penalties of $1M and subtract our the rookie reserve of $7.32 and you have negative $.27k (8.05M - 1.00M - 7.32M = -.27k). Therefore, you need to do some releases in order to make some space on your team.

That # doesn't sound right if it's the glitch. Usually it's a # in the billions. Not saying you're lying, but can you post an image so that I can take a look at it?

    I disagree.

How are we to know how much we would have available to spend of FA? I can't afford to find out that out. Just because I signed someone in regular FA, I won't be able to sign my aforementioned players. I can't even see what kind of contract these players are looking for to make an educated guess of how much I have to spend.

Once FA opens up, make offers to your shoulda-been re-signed players first. Once those offers are out, I'm pretty sure your $$$ available updates to show how much money you have remaining assuming that all offers are accepted

You will sign each of your players to a ONE year contract which will expire in the off-season, at which time the glitch resets itself. Submit those offers FIRST and you will know how much cap space you have to bid on FA's. Yes, it isn't perfect, but it will give you the opportunity to have your players on your roster AND bid on FA's. The FA bidding is NOT affected by the glitch. You will then be able to re-sign your players in the 2015 off-season.

To add to this, even if the player doesn't accept the one year contract in the FA bidding phase, you will know what will be required to sign the player to a one year contract in the pre-season FA if he refuses the one year FA bidding phase.

Shaun Mason, have you seen the glitch with a negative number so low; -$8.33M? I thought it could possibly correlate to teams who have players retire, but that may have been just a coincidence.

MLB Urlacher did retire for me BTW.

And a question concerning this glitch and FA's. Would the league consider maybe pausing the SIM seasons like in the middle of it just to see if Teams have Players wanting to resign, specially those expiring at the end of the season. So we wont have like 10-15 players every simmed season to sign if you get the glitch???!!!

It happens regardless; regular season or off-season.

No, I know the Glitch happens regardless. But my question is this. Lets say I have 10 players on their last year playing, but during the season lets say half decide to start Negotiations with me. Well If I do get to resign them, then that will cut the amount of resigns I have to do at the end of the season if I do get the glitch.

Yeah I understand. What I'm saying is that the glitch would appear during the regular season as well. Not just the off-season. So it wouldn't make a difference.

It was a good thought though. Jim has a good idea to have you guys delegate your re-signings. He's doing a test now.

I'd be afraid to delegate my re-signings. The CPU can be so unpredictable.
I do like Zo's idea of a mid season pause just to see if we can re-sign some players then...
