    Season 1 - Bowl Week!

Conference Championships are over. Congrats to Bravejaf, KnighNoles, and Dru50 for winning their divisional crowns.

Congrats to Masoli for winning the Heisman, you bastard.

We skipped straight to Bowl Week 3 so everyone has a game except for KnightNoles, who is playing in the NCG against Utah.

We have one user vs user game, Texas vs Florida in the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Should be lots of fun.

Deadline is going to be Friday next week since we're going to be shooting for the Sunday after that to do the offseason all at once unless we can get everything in by this coming Sunday, in which case, we'll be doing all of the offseason this Sunday (which I'd REALLY like to do but it's awfully short notice).

    USER TEAM RECORD OPPONENT
    Maxattax34 #5 Oregon 11-1 (9-0) #13 Purdue
    MorsDraconis #4 USC 11-1 (8-1) #3 Houston
    castortroy4206 Ohio State 7-5 (5-3) #17 Kansas
    Bondzai007 Michigan 5-7 (4-4) Bye
    Papa Perry #9 Alabama 10-2 (8-1) #21 Penn State
    Dru50 #10 Oklahoma 11-2 (8-1) #25 Cincinatti
Beazus Christ #15 Miami 10-3 (7-2) South Carolina
    KnighNoles #1 Florida State 13-0 (9-0) #2 Utah
    bravejaf #7 Florida 11-2 (9-0) #6 Texas
    MaslerBoros16 #6 Texas 11-1 (7-1) #7 Florida

    User vs User Games

    MaslerBoros16 vs bravejaf

That's about as messed up as Bradford winning the Heisman last year.

lol. You could put a broomstick at QB in my system and it would win the Heisman! j/k

Masoli's stats were sick though... Hopefully he'll be back next year without me having to sway him. Im not recruiting another QB this season so... he better.

You won't be able to sway him back. If he leaves, he's above 90 overall and it's against the rules to sway him back.

Yea I know thats why I said I hope he comes back without me having to sway him. He didnt even try to go pro when I sim'd through bowls a couple of days ago (to test new progression) and he had won the heisman then too. Hopefully his 5'10 5'11 size will keep him in school. Either way I have 2 other QBs on the roster that are decent. One of them is a bigger, stronger, faster version of Masoli. The other is more balanced.

Damn, how the hell Masoli win Heisman? Congrats Coach Max

If Terrance Parks would have gotten more interceptions he be first defense player since Woodson won it!

Tebow got robbed :p, but I blame myself. Maybe I should have played him in 3rd and 4th quarters against scrub teams. He barely saw the ball in the second half and still put up amazing numbers.

New playbook coming next year and Demps will be the Heisman trophy winner.

I'm so fucking pissed. Penn State was in juggernaut mode and my defense and receivers had their head up their ass. Mount Cody got TRUCKED by Clark WTF!?!? I've gotta find a better playbook

This is a GREAT thread over at NCAAStrategies that goes over all of the playbooks, which ones are what type of offense and what's special about each one of them.

Definitely a great place to look if you're thinking of switching offenses.

I'll have to look at that site as well. Planning to switch my playbook in the offseason, unless McBride is good enough to start. The offense does not work for Brantley's talents. Going to evaluate my pieces after recruiting ends before deciding on what type of playbook to use.

On another note, the Sugar Bowl may have to wait until Monday. I haven't heard from Texas guy and my schedule next 48 hours is tough. I am moving to Columbus tomorrow and will not have an HD TV till Monday, nor any furniture.

If he would have won it we would have had to crown you king baller....He's smooth though, no denying that.

I had to go on an important business trip last minute and I'm just getting back tonight. I'll have my game done tomorrow.

lol, here is Terrance's stat line
    Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5 Column 6 Column 7 Column 8 Column 9
Name Tackle TFL Sack Int Defl FF Safety TD
    Terrance Parks 138 27 7 4 4 3 1 2

Maybe if he gets more picks and TD he wins it but dunno, he wasnt even on the list. In another dynasty he played well the first year then opened up the year on the ballot so we will see.

Big game for the Gators in the Sugar Bowl. Things looked bad when Tebow went out in the 2nd quarter (strained back, 4 weeks) but team managed to hold it together. Brantley showed he can run the offense and Demps proved again that he can carry the team. Demps not Tebow was the MVP of last two games.

(I will try to post a full update later but super busy this week, started new job and getting setup in new apartment)
