I figured we could all get a good laugh out of some of these RIDICULOUS Numbers that were put up in Season 1... 162 games / 30 (games we played) = 5.4 So, if you multiply your players Stats by 5.4, that will give you a "projection" over a 162 game Season... Example - Mark Trumbo H - 40*5.4 = 216 HR - 15*5.4 = 81 RBI - 34*5.4 = 183 League Leaders - Batting Hits Robinson Cano - 65*5.4 = 345 Miguel Cabrera - 50*5.4 = 270 Ryan Zimmerman - 50*5.4 = 270 Hunter Pence - 49*5.4 = 264 Placido Polanco - 48*5.4 = 259 Runs Bryce Harper - 32*5.4 = 172 Robinson Cano - 32*5.4 = 172 Chris Young - 25*5.4 = 135 Ryan Howard - 25*5.4 = 135 Curtis Granderson - 24*5.4 = 129 Home Runs Mark Trumbo - 15*5.4 = 81 Andre Either - 14*5.4 = 76 Bryce Harper - 14*5.4 = 76 Jose Batista - 13*5.4 = 70 Prince Fielder - 12*5.4 = 65 RBI Mark Trumbo - 34*5.4 = 183 Evan Longoria - 33*5.4 = 178 Prince Fielder - 33*5.4 = 178 Bryce Harper - 32*5.4 = 172 Adrian Beltre - 31*5.4 = 167 Strike Outs Nelson Cruz - 78*5.4 = 421 David Freese - 61*5.4 = 329 Matt Holliday - 59*5.4 = 318 Grady Sizemore - 56*5.4 = 302 Carlos Beltran - 55*5.4 = 297 As you can see, we put up some ridiculous numbers in Season 1 lol... I'll post pitching projections a little later today. BobJr, Emmdotfrisk, cp0990, KnightNoles, ryty32, NDCOLTS1979, County5, sdid22, MoonBBad, cadepetty247, HAL9100, _MG_, controllerabuser, BigSmooth33, G_T_G, soxandgators, pitt4life21, Blackattack87
And people complained about stolen bases 81 HR's??? from a guy who in 191 games in his career has 35 total.
NDCOLTS1979 I agree. I think all of the numbers are going to be crazy when "projected" out over 162 games. Nonetheless, they are "fun" to look at lol
I agree with that and that was my point. I heard turn down running because steals were over the top and this proves that power is just as over top and running
NDCOLTS1979 I agree completely. In a video game, as much as we all "want" it to be as realistic as possible, when your only playing 30 games and you try to "project" stats out over the course of a full 162 games Season, you going to see ridiculous numbers that wont ever be reached... Look at Hamilton in Real life... Through 30 games or so wasn't he on pace for like 90 home runs after that 8 home run week he had?
