position changes outside of the aforementioned "side" changes should be rare and the exception and you better post good size/weight ratings to justify the proposal.

FS to SS isn't huge to report right?

What about CB to Safety or OLB to MLB? I'm just looking at normal changes?

    My position changes:
ATH Mike Swan to MLB (65ovr). He was actually a 69ovr center and took me forever to decide. needed the depth at MLB

OLB to MLB requires report. size/weight/speed the issue. you wouldn't put lighter fast guy at MLB or vice-versa typically. don't be putting some 170lber at SS either. yes, aside from "side/direction" changes, require post and proposal

even this should be reported really. prob legit but no way you put a lighter small dude at guard. nit-picking but as an aside, this isn't infraction/penalty related, more accountability related. show the guys what you're thinking and the realists will help you say yea or neigh. sim mentality.

report everything and ask over questionable stuff. if you're hiding crap, you're doing it wrong :)

finally (lot of posts), remember that he doesn't have to change to a position (LT to RT) to in fact be on your depth chart in that position. of course the qualifier there is that you don't hide changes by not changing them here and then putting them in there.

example: you put a fs as your nickel back for a year until you get depth and he moves over to full-time fs. but this is the fun stuff, guys. don't change him, just talk to us. stories. realism. etc!

He is 6'5" 297 lbs second biggest guard I will have. Not trying anything deceptive here. Coach Bonner was found for comment at a local watering hole and had this to say "I really like this kid Pino we recruited this year, He has shown a lot of upside at spring ball thus far. But at this time I do not see him as a starting tackle protecting our QB Stewart every play so for now we will place Him at guard and see how He progresses over his tenure here at San Jose State."

    I have a freshman DE coming in at 71 overall. He's 5'11 242 pounds. Can I move him to ROLB? He's a 67 there.

Also moved LOLB Bob Berry to ROLB.

ATH Jonathan Marshall to CB (68 OVR) He grades out much better at WR, but badly need the depth in the secondary.
ATH Jarrett Whitehead to HB (80 ovr)

    A few side changes.

Freshman FS Jon Joseph To Take Reps At SS

Joseph, a 6-0 195 freshman from Fultondale Alabama, is expected to make the full time switch to SS. With Xavier Daniels, the All-WAC FS returning, it makes sense to play the much bigger and stronger Joseph more in run support. Joseph is also my highest rated tackler and one of my 2 biggest safeties. He is my strongest DB as well.
