Wow this is amazing. And amazing that my recruits pretty much suck. Crowell is a good lb and walter britt can turn out to be a playmaker.

When I look at my class I notice a few mistakes I made, but for the most part this is the reason my team is still rated quite well.

Mike Anderson: Probably the premier offensive player recruited so far... anybody else probably would have won a heisman with him by now, I just suck at the game.

Jeremy Davis: Star-crossed career. I didn't know he was a Juco for awhile while recruiting him (nice job right...) and then he redshirted, backed up, and then when I made him the backup as a senior and planning to get him the ball 5-10 times a game he got hurt for the season...

James Scales: Nice player, if he was just a tad faster he'd be completely unstoppable. As is, he occasionally has trouble outrunning a quick DE... But solid arm. Really struggles with the deep ball, if he threw it as well as my other QBs do we might just have the one loss to Auburn right now.

FS Bryant - awesome player, just starting to realize his potential.

Darren Hamilton - Ended up getting cut (I think?).... I dont' have the game on right now but he just wasn't that fast.

Josh Jackson - Solid possession receiver, we haven't had much use for him yet.

Andrew Edwards - Starting RT and one of the best around. Pressure always used to come off the right edge, now it always comes off the left :(

Andrae Weeks - Really solid speed rush DE. Backing up now, should start next season possibly.

DT Paul West - A real plugger, he had a nice freshman season then we started to become enamored with height... lol.

Mike Smith - another solid DE who hasn't seen any PT because we were stacked there.

MLB DeAngelis - has been a starter most of his career. Didn't start this week because we wanted to get some speed on the field against Ga Tech. But I feel we missed him in some respects.

Thomas Cody - Had a great freshman season then got benched for the more talented Scales. I think he's the better passer, though.

    Jordan Burke - Cut

    Daniel Jordan - cut

Danny Dowdell - Starting MLB. Very aware, smart, solid producer.

Cory lawrence - Starter at DT. Very solid against the run.

Jordan Watts - Very talented DT that will likely start within the next year/two.

    Micah Sullivan - Cut

    Sean Butler - Starting LG

    Robert mitchell - Solid backup.

CB Jermaine Bell- He's rated my #2 CB but is #6 on the depth chart right now. Rated good but his speed leaves a lot to be desired. Hasn't really gotten on the field.

RG Darius Wells- 88 rated already. Started as a freshman. A very good RG...I hope he stays all 4 years.

OLB Adam King- He's going to be a playmaker...had his 1st TD against Georgia I believe. He'll be starting once one of my SR-OLB's leaves.

RB Josh Garrett- He's a change of pace back...likes to get to the outside but doesn't have the power to break tackles. Still I'd have a need for him especially if Orwin Smith decides to bolt.

CB Eric Butler- Again like Bell, good to have for depth purposes...

TE Seth Downs- I recruited 3 TE's this class and he was one of them. He couild start if I started the most well rounded TE.

TE Thomas Snyder- He was on his way to being a star TE until I got transfer TE Nic DiLillo. Snyder will start next season as a Senior.

WR Shaun Brown- 6'2" WR has decent size. He moved into the #4 spot after FR-WR Joe West showed he's really not ready to contribute as a WR. Should be ready to start as a JR next year.

SS Nick Jackson- Started as a SS, moved him to RB just in case I needed him. Nothing special.

TE Avery Stevenson- The impact of getting Nic DiLillo hurt his PT. Still has two years left.

DT Andrew brooks- Well rounded DT who has speed and decent strength. More of a 3-4 DT. Still could see good amount of PT next year once my two SR's leave.

DE Brannon Edwards- Aside from RG Wells, Edwards has been this class's best recruit. He's big and quick to get to QB's. Him and Dieke have been a good 1-2 punch coming from the outside.

    SS Chris Reid- CUT

---Overall I didn't do much in this class since when I inherited the team, they already had tons of FR so I went with guys I needed. I'm still in a great position with this team so I'm not worried in the least.

This class was the base foundation for the rebuilding of the UT program. Several of these players have turned out to be starters and a good number of them are stars. I would take a class like this every season. Outside of my inability to land a decent S the first season this was a very successfull class of players.

Sean George: very solid player, too bad for him he wont be a full time starter until his senior year with Richardson and Teague in front of him.

Marcus Jolley is a great T and has been a 3 year starter and is a true junior.

Matt Dortch redshirted a year, played back up LT as a Freshman and is now a 94 overall starter at C.

John McGee WR another guy who is lost in a talent laden position. He has had big plays for us at huge times, he most likely will spend his career as a 3rd or 4th option.

Steve Collins RB, career back up and close to getting cut. Solid player but not a starter, he is what I call deep depth.

Sam Clarke CB, starter and fantastic player now, leads the team in picks this season. Up until this year was a dime and nickle back for us.

Lee Darby OLB, best player in this class, solid all around. Sure tackler and makes big plays at the biggest times.

Jake Smith FB, came in as the #1 FB he will start his last two years at UT.

    Jacob Hardy SS, Cut.

Shedrick Grey C, back up for his entire career.

Andy Bolden CB, came in as an athelete and is now a CB plays in our dime package. His is 85 overall now and has great size.

Devin Myrick CB, starter as a RS Freshman and is a very solid cb.

Brian Rogers RG, Career starter since he was a freshman next to Jolley. Fantastic grinder in the run game.

Leon Jenkins RDE, Stud and another starter as a RS Freshman. Has a great career going and provides a ton of pressure and tackles for loss. I use a LB or S so he gets his stats on his own.

    Ty Newberry FS, Cut.

Leigh Hindes G, Career back up.

    Tom Keller G, Cut.

Lewis Richards DT, Coming into his own now as a RS Soph. Will start his last two years at UT.

Albert Hunter DE, Career back up.

Javon Washington T, came in behind Jolley and redshirted. He is 90+ overall now and will be our starter at LT next season.

Fred Alexander QB, 3 star recruit carried us for a portion of last season and will start next year as a Jr. Solid all around back up qb for his first few years. Good feet and a decent arm.

Leroy Tucker TE, didnt expect much from him but he has really turned into a weapon for us. Good blocker and a nice reciever as it turned out.

Jerome Alfred MLB, reshirted one year and back up the next. He is now a starter and a tackling machine as a RS Soph. He just doesnt miss tackles.

Leon Hogan FS, Another in a long line of S busts for us. He was cut.

Leigh Perry DE, Two star diamond. He has serious skills as a pass rusher and run stopper. He will start if / when the three DEs in front of him leave. He has reached high 80's overall as a RS Soph. This is a player I always get on the field when games get out of hand. He can play.
