That #1 HB is crazy. At least based on the general stats, he looks like an 85+ rated incoming true freshman. I see a lot of user battling over him, if I recall there are 5 user teams in his top 10.

While you guys are battling for :5stars: recruits please leave my :3stars: and :2stars: recruits alone. I am trying to build a championship program at Iowa St.

I was pumped when there seemed to be a lot of highly rated prospects wanting to come to Nebraska...then I noticed that Texas, Notre Dame, Alabama, and LSU are higher on their boards than me...for every single one of them. Hokie, we might be battling it out for recruits if I can't pull off some miracles.

I feel your pain Hokie. Cincinnati is a far cry from the recruiting powerhouse I'm used to with Florida. I think I only have one four star guy interested in me. I'm really going to have to light up the score board this season so I can spark the interest of these young minds.

I am not too worried about my offense. My skilled position players are pretty young and rated in the mid 80's. Its my defense that is going to kill me. I have alot of 60-70's starting on D. I better find some diamond in the roughs in these upcoming recruiting classes on the defensive side or it could get, as Bubba Sparxx would say "Uggllyy".

Yep the Bulls arent pulling in the blue chips yet either. Hopefully you big guys will miss a couple of these recruits I have my eye on though. Maybe Ill get lucky in the offseason... who knows? USF is set for a while though. Lots of young talent and I redshirted quite a few players.

LSU gets its 1st commit of the season. :4stars: Terry Wright the #6 DT in the land. Terry stands as 6'5" and weighs 274 lbs. He hails from PA and from talking to the coaching staff he looks to be heading for a RS to put on some weight and to work on technique. "Terry is gonna be a good DT at the next level. He has a motor that doesn't stop. He has to learn gap technique and get a little bigger. In high school you can play DT and be 274lbs but not in the SEC. Thats why we like him, we project him getting onto the field by year 2 and being a big contributer by his RS JR year." said Coach York.

Just realized I forgot to mention in my post that I updated the top 25 board in the first post in the thread last night. I am tracking user teams in the running for each recruit in the order in which they are listed in the recruits interest.

Well for those that know my WRs, this year I tend to favor height more than speed because of the difference from 09 to 10.

    Samuel Whitaker #54 WR :3stars:
    6'6'' 190lbs
    + B Speed, Agility
Toss up- C Route Running, Catch in Traffic
    - D- Awareness
    - D Catching, Spec Catch

Just enough interest to pull me into wasting time on some of them. Just enough interest for me to lose out on all of them.

Blaza, you son of a B, you're in good position on most of these guys

Just so im clear, this league does not have any recruiting restrictions, right? (as far as how many 5 and 4 star guys you can sign)

    Recchem......
    Scholarships
The amount of scholarships that can be offered at any given time will be dictated by the following formula:

A = number of seniors on your team that will graduate
B = number of underclassmen that qualify for pro draft with aforementioned rules. So underclassmen that are 90+ and have won an award.
C = number of walk-ons on your team. Walk-ons may be cut at any time.
D = 70 - current amount of players currently on roster

    A + B + C + D = total number of available scholarships.

Do not sign more players than you have roster spots. If I see too much of this there will be penalties.

There are no restrictions on visits or the number of upper tier players you may pursue.
    Thats how I read that

Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit.

Yeah I'm liking Austin already! It's nice to be able to be selective instead of having to take what I can get.

Dru, thanks for doing the top 25 grid that thing is really cool!

I second that Blaza recruiting as a Tiger is a hell of a lot easier than trying to recruit at my :2stars: schools in TF4.

Correct, the only restriction on recruiting is that you can't offer more schollies than you have potential seniors plus any amount of guys below 70 on your current roster. Other than that go nuts.

There are some serious battles for alot of that top talent which means one school wont be able to hog them all.

Should be fun to see how it plays out.
