    Game Notes:

The Steelers wanted to come out of this game without any harm done, well that didn't happen.

    49ers - 28
    Rams - 17

Did I mention that SF's defense hits really freaking hard. They forced four fumbles, recovering three of them which really didn't help my small chance for victory. Alex Smith was on target almost all game and their defense was outstanding.

    49ers 28 - Rams 17

The 49ers came into this game hot on defense and stayed hot after this one. The 49ers defense, which by now needs a nickname, was hitting hard today, forcing 3 or 4 fumbles while recovering 2 of them and also picking off 1 Sam Bradford pass. The first Rams possession ended in a fumble, which turned into 7 points for the Niners. Then, after a punt by each team, the Rams would fumble again, this time deep in their own territory, again leading to a 49er touchdown to make it 14-0 in the 1st quarter. On the next Rams possession, they faced a 3rd and 1 just outside of FG range, and Steven Jackson took it off the left edge and was gone for a TD to bring it to 14-7. After forcing a 49er punt late in the half, the Rams tried their 2 minute offense from deep inside their own territory, which turned out to be a mistake as Carlos Rogers picked off Bradford and returned it to the Rams 7 yard line, setting up another 49er TD. The Rams would add a FG and Alex Smith would rush one in on a QB sneak from the half yard line to put the Niners up 28-10. Then late in the 4th, on a 3rd and long, the Niners D dialed up some pressure, but the Rams had a brilliant play call on with a screen to Isaiah Pead who only needed a block on 1 Niner defender and got it, then ran 60 yards for the score to bring it to 28-17. The Rams kicked deep after that, and the 49ers played keep-away and sealed the victory. Frank Gore had 65 yards and 2 TD's, Alex Smith threw for 199 yards 1 TD and rushed for a TD.

    Titans Keep Winning
    24-14
Titans would get two beautiful throws from Locker as he would hook up with Kenny Britt and Damian Williams for TD's.
Chris Johnson would seem to be getting his feet back under him as Javon would lose sight of the holes and not have the explosiveness that he had from last week. Still would get some carries.
Defense would play great but still lacked the pass coverage although they would still get some sacks.
Titans have won 3 in a row to make the record 5-5
    3 in a row= winning streak
    Jake Locker 15 comp 208 yards 2 td 2 rush 23 yards
Chris Johnson 23 rush 105 yards 1 TD
Javon Ringer 12 rush 32 yards
Kenny Britt 3 rec 78 yards 1 td
Damian Williams 1 rec 59 yards 1 td
Kamerion Wimbley 3 tackles 2 sacks
Matt Moore 14 comp 111 yards 2 td 1 int

Colts run away with rematch against Jags
    2.JPG 1.JPG
    What made the game?
    - Rushing: 34 yards for Jags // 138 for Colts
-Colts had a runner eclipse the 100 yard mark for the first time this season
-Luck and Fleener continue to show that the Stanford chemistry has carried over
-5 turnover for Jags from 2 different QBs
    - Colts were able to create more pressure tonight then all there previous games combined
-Big plays... the Colts were able to make a couple, the Jags not so much
-This one has all the makings for a heated rivalry as the teams have now split the series 1 a piece
