    NC State @ Clemson

The Pack looked to lock up the Atlantic Division with a win here, and they did not disappoint. The first half was all NC State, starting with HB James Washington punching it in from a yard out to go up 7-0 in the first. While Clemson was able to hold the Pack at times, it seems they could only do so once the offense rolled into Clemson territory. NC State would hit 3 2nd quarter FGs to make the lead 16-0 at the break. In the 3rd, Clemson would stage a drive ending with HB Andre Ellington busting a 44 yard TD run to make it 16-7. Later in the half, though, James Washington decided to trump that by busting an 80 yard run where he found a seam right up the middle. After going up 23-7, Clemson looked lost. With Textile trophy in hand, NC State took some time to celebrate the division title. Next up for the Pack is a home game against Boston College before the ACC Championship, where their opponent is still unknown. Virginia holds the lead for now, but Virginia Tech could end the dream season. UNC still has an outside chance, but it's pretty slim. We'll see how it all plays out next week...

OKSU has rolled again this time over Texas Tech 42-14. OKSU QB Wes Lunt was on fire throughout the game with the exception of 2 throws which were intercepted however those two blips on the radar screen did not affect the overall picture.

Great plays by OKSU really showed the overall difference in skill level between the two teams. Two nice TD catches by OKSU WR featured on the Highlights on the DW as they are two of the best catches (Edit: One catch didnt load :( )I have ever seen. The OKSU defense was on point holding TTU to 14 points and just over 200 yards of offense.

Early in the first quarter we both traded punts before Maryland struck first on a 41 yard TD run from HB Justus Pickett. After another defensive stop by the Terrapins, they were right back in business with the ball in FSU territory once again. LB Christian Jones hit the Maryland halfback who fumbled into the hands of Nick Moody who stiff-armed an offensive lineman and returned it 80 yards to tie it up at 7. The second quarter started with an interception thrown by C.J. Brown setting up FSU in decent field position. After a nice run on first down, E.J. Manuel found Rodney Smith over the top of the safety on 2nd and 2 to give us our first lead of the ball game.
Later in the 2nd quarter we are putting together our longest drive of the game, once again inside Maryland territory. A string of decent runs from HB Devonta Freeman had us with all the momentum. That's when Manuel makes a terrible read on a out route and bawvu97 picks it off and returns it deep into Seminole territory. Several plays later Maryland punches in the game tieing TD with their FB Tyler Cierski from 1 yard out. Going into the half 14-14.
The first half of the 3rd quarter was good defensive football, but with 3:13 left E.J. Manuel found FB Lonnie Pryor who made a nice catch and run down the sideline to score from 9 yards out. 21-14 FSU. Late in the 3rd we were left with 3rd and Goal from the 6 and after an audible at the line of scrimmage E.J. found Kenny Shaw for a TD to push the lead to 14 entering the 4th. The FSU offense became very conservative as we leaned on our defense who did a fairly good job of preventing the big play this game. Maryland did a good job of stopping our running game to give themselves several shots in the 4th but there was nothing doing and the Noles head back to Tallahassee with the win..
Good game man, this one could have went either way. You had multiple drops from your receivers and a couple of INT's that really set you back. For the first time in a while I committed to the running game even though it wasn't working and limited my own turnovers. I feel as it this game will only get better in years to come.. Can't wait til next year..
Offensive Player of the Game: Rodney Smith 3 catches 80 yards and 1 TD.
Defensive Player of the Game: OLB Christian Jones 6 tackles and 1 FF
Next week we return home for our in-state rival Florida Gators.
