Raiders Win The Turnover Battle and The Game
    [IMG]
The Raiders were able to capitalize early on some turnovers and would jump out to a 21-0 lead before the Browns new what hit them, from there it was a pretty even game but the early lead was to much to overcome. Carson Palmer would have a modest day with 185 yds and 1 TD while McFadden would rush for 64 yds and 2 TD's. The Raiders defense would force 3 INT's get 4 sacks and special teams would cause 2 fumbles on Kick Returns in the Win. The Raiders get back to .500 and keep there slim playoff hopes alive.

Carolina rolls to 3rd Consecutive Victory!
Kansas City: AP.....The Carolina Panthers came into Arrowhead Stadium riding a two game winning streak to take on the winless Chiefs, and early on it looked as though the Panthers might have overlooked the struggling Chiefs. The Chief's D stymied Cam Newton's passing attack as their secondary blanketed the Panther wide outs. The Panthers trudged along with a solid running game from Deangelo Williams. Eventually the Panther secondary came alive picking off Matt Cassel 6 times, two returned for TD's. The Panthers never looked back winning 37-21. In an ugly incident late in the game, Chiefs coach Sporty pulled a TB coach move and rushed Cam Newton on the kneel down sparking an ugly brawl that marred an otherwise great game. Coach Black was quoted as saying, "I wasn't happy with that move with the game out of reach. Cam coulda been injured........Coach Sporty and Black could be seen having heated words in the tunnel and had to be separated by team officials.

What is always a heated battle irl will be more of the same in this season and future HK season. The Packers and Vikings for years have went hard at each other and many a upset and epic win has occured over time. This game was again another great example of that. Going into the game The Vikings were very under man'd due to injuries. Losing Percy Harvin,Tyrone McKenxie,Phil Loadholt, and Domenik Hixon by each ones self is a huge loss but to not have all 4 is a hill tough to climb. Especially going vs your main rival competing for the Division title. Knowing all that i never under estimated controllerabuser and his skill set. And just as i had assumed he was ready for a war and fought his ass off as I did.

From the start there wasn't much give for either team. We took a 3-3 tie into the 2nd quarter. After a TD drive and a quick turnover the PAckers took a 17-3 lead. Just as expected the Vikings answered quick to cut it too 17-10 at half. The Vikings carried that momentum into the second half and held the PAckers in check. After a couple consecutive turnovers the injury to Loadholt hurt the Vikings as Matthews got free vs the backup RT and sacked and stripped CP7 and returned it for 6. From there it seemed a long road back but the Vikings didn't think so. They marched and dug in and gave it there all scoring a TD back to cut it to 7 in the middle of the 4th. After a great defensive stand they looked to be right on there way to tie it up when the rain got in the way. Finding single coverage on the strong side slot he went to the curl route for a first down. But as the WR slipped the FS had dead aim on the ball and picked off the pass. From there it was eating the clock and adding a field goal to go up 10.

The stats don't do this game justice for what it was. As expected wounded or not the Vikings came in hungry and determined to over come the injuries. Congrats controllerabuser you out coached me in this game and earned a hard fought victory but a few slips and fumbles going your way and this outcome is reversed. Best of luck the last 3 games before we end the season vs each other in your house. Would not surprise me one bit to see us playing for the North on that day.

Titans Win at home vs Division Rival
Jake Locker looked strong while the rest of the team looked above par as well. The defense came in and looked incredible allowing only 149 total yards. When asked D Coordinator would reply that it was the best D I have coached.
Chris Johnson would get 92 yards
    Javon Ringer 62 Yards
Not all ground and pound though as Locker completed 18 passes for 226 and 2 TD's both to Britt who had 3 rec 104 yards 2 TDs
Wimberly would get a sack late in the game.
D would cause 5 INT's Verner would get 2 and Tommie Campbell gets a 'play of the game' award for grabbing a shoestring tipped ball for an INT. Wish you could see it.

The Eagles held off the Cowboys in the Jerry Dome 35-28, thanks to a stout showing from Michael Vick and an incredible performance by the Eagles defense, forcing 4 interceptions of Tony Romo.

Lesean Mccoy had a rough day, especially in comparison to Demarco Murray's monster afternoon.

Vick threw 3 TD's and should have run for another one on a perfectly executed read option. On the run, Vick inexplicably stopped short of the goal line. Coach Raftery was fuming, as this could have been the difference in the game.

The Eagles move to 4-8 and hope to continue to salvage the rest of the season.

    Good game BobJr

GG again and the route that the WR slipped was actually a corner route.

The Dolphins and the Patriots locked horns in a AFC East showdown that was not decided until the last 23 seconds. The two teams slugged it out wiht neither teams leading by more than a 10 points. The game was decided with the Patriots leading by 1 and Miami with the ball with less than 3 minutes to go, Tanneyhill scrambled up field with all his receivers covered only to fumble the ball after picking p a first down. The Patriots converted that turnover into a TD and extended their lead to 8 points. But the Dolphins worked their way down the field and scored to pull within 2 with less than 30 seconds remaining. The 2 point try was unsuccessfully and the Patriots recovered the onside kick to earn the 31-29 win.

    49ers 24 - Rams 20
The 49ers and Rams had a bruising battle in St Louis, with the 49ers coming from behind for the victory. The Rams played ball control in this one, taking their time on offense and taking up almost the whole first quarter on their first drive before scoring a TD. Then, a few plays later, Alex Smith threw an INT and the Rams were able to get a FG. But the 49ers would battle back throughout the rest of the game, and perhaps the most interesting set of plays happened in the 4th quarter with the Rams up 3. The Rams had the ball, 3rd and 10 in their own territory with about 2 minutes left in the game. They ran left and were left with a 4th and inches, but had a holding call, which Coach Coug decided to accept, forcing the Rams to try again only this time it was 3rd and 18. The Rams threw a corner route for about 17 yards, leaving them with 4th and 1, and rather than go for it, the Rams decided to play safe and punt. It turned out to be costly for the Rams as the 49ers would take the ball down and score a TD on a 2 yard pass to Frank Gore with little time remaining to get the victory.
After the game, coach OMlawdog said he regretted not going for it on 4th down to try and ice the game for the Rams.
Any way you slice it, this was a good game as the Rams showed a lot of promise, and the 49ers showed they could battle back from being down. So GG OMlawdog.

    Stats Leaders:
    Passing - Alex Smith 234 yards 2 TD's 1 INT

Rushing - Isiaih Pead 10 carries 67 yards

Receiving - Vernon Davis 5 catches 98 yards 1 TD

    Buffalo 30 Jacksonville 24 OT

In dramatic fashion, Buffalo wins their second OT game on the season. Buffalo came back from 11 down in 4th quarter to tie the game late. Josh Scobee missed a 59 yard FG as regulation expired to send game into OT. Jacksonville won the toss and received. First play from scrimmage in OT, Jacksonville calls play action, Blaine Gabbert broke away from the first defender's attempt at a sack, but Mario Williams got to Gabbert and stripped the ball. Leodis McKelvin picks it up and returns it for a TD to end the game.

MJD was a beast led all rushers with 141 yards rushing.
Justin Blackmon 4 catches 83 yards 2 TD

CJ Spiller 70 yards rushing 1 TD 51 yards receiving

Coach Duggan said after the game, "wow, after we fell apart in the late 3rd/early 4th I didn't think we would come back. When we scored to tie the game late in 4th, I was stunned. When Josh Scobee missed the kick, I was surprised. I really thought it was good from 60+. I am pretty sure the game winning play was really dumb luck, we were expecting more MJD pounding the ball. When Gabbert broke the first tackle on the play action pass, I think there was at least 1 receiver open down field. Luckily, we got to Gabbert and won the game."
