may need to push back..... wife been texting back and forth..... we've been fighting for a few days, here's a little more info.....

we've been married 10 years and like most idiots we've gained a few pounds each year and now we are fat..... but my wife has been hitting the gym and dieting and dropped like 40 lb and is basically back at her wedding weight

text from her today: "too bad we've been fighting, I was trying on nighties from our honeymoon and they fit better now than then"

so I might be on and I might not, if you can't hang out we can go tomorrow, If i get on I'll look for you

Winning by 17 is a crime? Of they'd have broke 70, would I have had to give up a win, even if I could score 80? Read multiple posts... I explain in perfect detail what happened to get us there. You're just jealous cause you can't even sniff 70 with your team :p

no, im jealous because i've brought this hypothetical up with recchem before, and he said he would throw it out.

Of course, that's because he hates me - but that's beside the point!!!! :p

This is where the "spirit of the law" comes into play. Plus, you mean to tell me that if you're up 10 midway through the fourth quarter, you would not score a touchdown to give yourself a three score lead? It'd be one thing if Jayrah scored the final TD within the last minute, but considering the game circumstances, he absolutely did the right thing.

The issue is not necessarily the scoring cap rule (it helps prevent users from CPU abuse), but that the rule is flawed as written. In a shootout such as Jayrah's, how is a user supposed to know before the game is over that 70 points or less will be enough to win? Rice had proven that it could score on Jayrah throughout the first three quarters (63-56 going into the 4th), so it is plausible that they would do the same in the fourth. Had Jayrah "settled" for a FG and taken a 69-56 lead, Rice could have very well come back to win the game.

Dont worry bro. I'm just busting Jayrah 's chops. The only thing wrong with the 73-56 score is him giving up 56 points to 0-10 Rice :p
