We've got bulletin board material coming out of LA:

According to the Dynasty wire, "USC's Holoubek predicts loss for Washington in Seattle"

whygodwhy1111 when are you open tonight for our game?

After Midnight - everyone else better have their stuff done before we finish this game, as it's the only user game on the schedule and I'm sure recchem2000 will want me to advance.

I may have to advance early and sim your game.....since I saw you are trying to snake that CB with an early visit. ;)

Your going to rape me of all my recruits...USC is ahead of nearly everyone on my board.

I think it works if u can get them to commit. Otherwise depending on how many points your losing, you may need to immediately dump them lol

how early are you getting visits? I consider week 6 or sooner as early, 7-10 as mid season and 11-15 as late. You also have to take a long look at your schedule to see your options, there is at least one user team who has no home games after week 9

I figure if the guys are gonna sign with me, there gonna do it early. With USC cock blocking most of my recruits its kind of sink or swim. I'd rather find out now than week 11-15.

Like I said in another thread, some guys conference schedules were wacky.

I don't think it's a bad idea actually. If you are behind and can't catch up due to bonus points you've gotta take a chance. Better to do it early than late.

I've got a couple of guys that I'm in battles with that are ready to schedule visits and I'm debating whether it's better to bring them in for one of my home games in week 6 or 8 or wait until later in the season.

I'm wondering if it's better to have a visit vs a rival week 8 or a regular opponent in week 9-11.

EDIT - after looking at my schedule again, it's either week 8 visit vs ND (rival) or week 11 vs Cal and Jayrah (another rival). That 3 week gap scares me.

at WVU week 11 was my sweet spot and it worked like gangbusters, I signed a bunch of guys who I was in battles with. If you visit early and they visit right after with a higher visit bonus (later visits get a bump) they can overtake you

I have 4 I believe, Notre Dame, UCLA and surprisingly Cal and Washington St (which makes absolutely no sense).
