Just did . . . wasn't aware we were supposed to be doing that. I find it kind of hard to believe that I'm the first team in the OD to sign anybody. Anyway, 15 more open slots to be filled at UNM.

As if things couldn't get any more interesting in Albuquerque, University of New Mexico interim Head Coach, Otto Pilot, was arrested last night in an undercover fake sports memorabilia sting. Pilot spent the off-season in Kenya where he came across a large shipment of 2010 Pittsburgh Steeler Super Bowl Championship merchandise. His craigslist account was flagged due to an unusually large amount of New Mexico-Pennsylvania interstate traffic. The news comes on the heels of newly hired Head Coach Nate Glory having already been indefinitely suspended to start the season. UNM Vice President for Athletics Paul Krebs announced this morning that Glory's suspension is over effective immediately and he is currently on his way from his vacation home in Tijuana to Coach the Lobo's next game. Although currently on a bye week, it's a quick turnaround and not very likely that Glory will get any practice time in with his squad before he meets them in Reno for their midweek game vs. Nevada. Although they are staying mum on the issue, sources say that Pilot's tenure at UNM has come to an end.
