    Facing the ailing Baylor Bears with a backup QB at the helm due to Pachell's injury. Hoping we can avoid an upset. He'll have to grasp the offense quickly, we have a big game against the iBleedOrange247 and his Red Raiders squad coming up!

    Not much of challenge was supposed to await me when my heavily favored Cal squad traveled to meet your Huskies. Regardless of our records, I'm excited for this game.

    You should also tell us more about your loss to Louisville with a week 6 game summary. :)

    In front of their entire recruiting board the Hokies showed why Blacksburg is a great place to call home. VT bpunced back from their dissapointing loss to UNC with an impressive showing on both sides of the ball against the Blue Devils. Logan Thomas had a career day throwing for 361yds 1 TD with his lone INT as his only mistake of the day. WR Marcus Davis finally had his break out day with 12 rec 117yds. RB Michael Holmes was sidelined early on, but Tony Gregory filled in with a productive 56yds on 11 carries with a TD.

    The defense continued to show its dominance frustating the Duke offense. Outside of a 56yd TD burst by RB Desmond Scott, the Blue Devils struggled to move the ball. DE James Gayle added 2 more sacks to his team high 10.5 for the year. The Hokies hit the heart of their schedule starting with a trip to Clemson next week.

    I did, probably as you were typing this, but I am so pissed at my squad I couldn't bear to go in depth on that summary. If I could have actually been in the game to yell at players, I probably wouldn't be coaching in Lubbock anymore after I would've gotten on ESPN for beating people and cussing insanely.

    If history is a worthy indicator, DO NOT lock your players in the closet for at time out. :)

    No worries man, I know the feeling. It's the first season so don't sweat it. I'm lucky my schedule isn't the toughest. It's allowing me to play average football and still win ball games. That's not the case for everyone.

    I'm talking about conference schedule. For OCC I faced a great Wisconsin team, UVA is currently #2 and rated higher than most think, my Rival SMU, and I opened against my alma mater Cincinnati. Definitely not the toughest possible, but not easy either. I'd rate my OOC SOS as "above average" at the least.

    The "easiness" reference is directed towards my conference schedule. I drew ISU, KSU, and WVU for my out of division games. This is actually tougher than I first thought, I've simply had an backloaded conference schedule. WVU is ranked #1 and KSU is ranked #4.

    I thought my schedule was easy since I avoided both oklahoma schools, but nevermind. :)

    OKSU slides by kansas 27-24

    OKSU played sloppy after looking sharp vs Tenn last week. Qb Lunt played one of his worst games at QB and was pulled for a series. Wr Moore looked great and continues to be very effective as a WR making big plays. In other news OKSU lost starting RB Joe Randle for the rest of the season with a fractured hip. Smith did a decent job filling in however OKSU is now short on RB and may be forced to burn a redshirt if smith goes down for a long period of time.

    The Cavaliers cruise to a 38-10 win over rival Maryland.

    The Cavaliers came into this game ranked #2 many people wondering are the Cavaliers overrated? But this game proved to some of the experts that we aren't. The defense was incredible this game holding Maryland to under 200 yards of total offense. Virginia was able to have a balanced attack but if it wasn't for a huge kick return for a touchdown by Demetrius Nicholson this game would of been a lot closer. The Cavaliers had their whole entire board at that game this was a HUGE win. Lets hope I pull in some recruits.

    Only three games against the CPU left. Texas v Oklahoma was tied 17-17 all in the 4th after I finished inching past Baylor. I'll post my summary sometime tomorrow.

    Three CPU games;

    iBleedOrange247
    The Parrothead
    Will Atkinson
