Michigan picks up 1 insta-commit in week 1. He's a project but he's got good upside.
Those are the types of guys I love to have if they can redshirt and sit the bench for a couple years.
Yep, I've got 3 good QBs on my roster and none of them are graduating this year. If this guy can progress for a couple years he might turn into something. If not, no big loss...he cost me 20 minutes of recruiting time.
Georgia Tech is set up for a monster class. I might be thinking too big this year, I've got a ton of really good players interested in me, but only 10 hours of recruiting time.
My Board is going to shuffle around a great deal after we get to week 2, probably drop about 5 guys and add about 5.
Its a solid year overall, though Im not that impressed with some of the WR talent.
This is definitely going to be an interesting recruiting year. Several big time players in places where no one has a pipeline.
Playmakers at FS, SS, HB, and on the DL. A couple of monster LB's and it is going to be a very interesting recruiting year.
Oregon State is still positioned really well on a few recruits, hopefully Stanford will step up and be a player for some of them.
You can't say anything about Oregon State, lol. You are in the top 3 of every stud out there. I'm waaaaay down the list on guys I need this year.
Is it just me or do the top 3 players in the country kind of suck? maybe Im missing something but I just don't see how they are that good.
Im definitely not complaining, I just hope I don't get big eyed and try to land 14 players and end up costing myself a few guys.
I need playmakers in the secondary and the class sets up well for that. Im not sure Im going to be able to land them all, but Im going to take some chances on a few big time secondary guys.
There are 11 WRs in the top 25 and they are all sort of the same type. The elite athletes this year are on the defensive side of the ball.
yeah if you are looking for a offensive stud, this might not be year..... defense is definitely where its at....
I agree, and I didn't think they really offered much.
There are better tight ends than WR's so far in this year's class.
you two are so full of shit, its scary......
It's true. I would have taken 2-3 WRs from the last couple classes over any WR in this year's class.
Im telling you right now the top 5 WR's won't be getting a look from Illinois. If Im lying Im dying.
Check out the Tight End class, it is strong.
There are some monster safeties, linebackers, defensive ends and corners.
week 2, when you cut the hopes and dreams off your board, and get real with yourself....
haha, I tracked all your week 1 progress and was surprised. I was thinking I would have been able to sneak under the radar and grab some guys....after reading this, I'm not so sure.
Oh and I donkey punched Ga Tech last night. Their offense was terrible.
Yeah, you can forget that DE, I like him and Im only signing one DE in this year's class. Im not getting much love from corners and I was hoping to land at least three, and now I'll be lucky to land two.
I think Ga Tech is going to have a monster, monster class.
I feel good about a few difference makers, but it is going to come down to whether Im going to be able to bring some of these guys in for visits.
There is also a couple linebackers that are super sexy, I hope you back off lol
I don't think you need to worry about me, worry about the CPU they have a monster head start on two of those guys.
You better be helping me with that HB because if you want any chance of winning the Pac 12 over the next four years.
Quizz Rodgers Jr. looks pretty good lol
I just can't seem to move on the CB that is a stud and is apparently dead set on going to Maryland. He is going to be a mega beast.
Aaron Carter is going to be a Stud FS, and barring a late run by the CPU he is going to be playing at Illinois. The guy is a freak.
I haven't been this excited about a FS prospect since TJ Ray who I signed with Ole Miss last year. He was sickness. Carter looks the same way.
