Possible SS Eric Bennett should be on this list. He had multiple defensive TDs in user games

But mitchell is a good choice too, probably bad to put 2 from the same team up there.

I looked at the top stat guys and made the picks from there. The top passer yardage/TD wise was Florida's QB, but he also threw like a bazillion INT's.

I can't make everyone happy with these things, so if anyone wants to volunteer to do a better job, feel free {hint, hint}....

    1. James Franklin: The Auburn game he was hurt, I forced him into the game at the half and he threw for 180 yards and 3 TDs in 2 quarters. His 2 fumbles were on the sideline and went out of bounds, so he has only 1 turnover on the season. His stats hurt him a little but he missed all or part of 5 games and still made the list. The "gameplanning WGW" PM specifically advises against throwing the ball, but Franklin was 17-22 with like 3 WR drops and we went deep 3 times (maybe more) and beat that all world safety.

    2. Brandon Mitchell: If i blitzed he hit the checkdown, if I sat back in coverage he took off and outran or out-juked my spies like crazy, if Arky had their slow ass QB from year 1 I would have beat them in year 2, but this dude killed me!

    3. Keith Marshall: 24 TDs on the year! 13 in 6 user games..... did dru even score a user TD that didn't involve this kid...... crap! He is only a sophomore and will be back for season 3!

Dont worry. They had one of those for me last year. Didn't help them too much :D

    ....

granted, everyone already knows what I'm doing. But my point remains

    1. Blatant homer selection, picking your own guy.....

    2. I think whygodwhy1111 was more dangerous with Wilson last year, since he didn't run much with Mitchell (at least when we played)

    3. I scored a defensive TD or two in my user games.....but you are correct, Marshall pretty much was my offense this year, especially since Aaron Murray liked to pull a 'David Copperfield' routine in my 2 biggest games of the year.

    My votes:

1 - Brandon Mitchell, Arkansas: Kind of hard to argue with the QB of the best team in the country. He played consistently well in his user games aside from the early season matchup with Alabama, which I'm guessing was at least partially due to whygodwhy1111 getting used to the new QB and offensive scheme.

2 - Marcus Lattimore, South Carolina: He was good in most of the games, and I know when I played Dylan I schemed to try and make him beat me with the pass and Lattimore still almost had 100 yards.

3 - James Franklin, Missouri: I would have voted for someone else, but I don't want to pick 2 guys from the same team and I don't believe in voting for my own guys in these MVP polls. Fact is, he played 2-3 less user games than the other candidates and his stats weren't mindblowing in those games....especially the fact that it seems as though his dual threat ability is limited to CPU games (at least based on the user game stats, which could obviously be deceiving).

    1. Yep! - He was dual threat against users too..... he took some sacks which limited his rushing stats, but i did run less read option etc with him than last season

    2. He ran 15 times against me! I think that is 1 sack, like 6-7 read options/qb draw and 7-8 scrambles on pass plays! Absolutely killed me!

Franklin wasn't hurt against TAMU.... 6 completions for 154 yds, 2 tds, 6 sacks and 6 INTS! :p Again the Aggies crush Franklin's dreams of an MVP

Connor Shaw hit every big pass against Miami regardless of down and distance or game situation. He is the glue to the ball-control South Carolina offense, and as such, is the most valuable player of the SEC.

Yeah, Franklin threw away our season last night!

A win could have gotten is into SEC title game, possible NC appearance, possible MVP for him.... Instead, 6 ints. FML
