Starters will include - LT Isaic Strong, RG Brody Harris, RE Kenny Wallace, and CB Prince Justice. Free Agents that will start are - WR Jordy Nelson, DT Mike Patterso and D'Qwell Jackson.

Season outlook/predictions for your team : I think it should be a 9-7 year. If we do better, I will be happy but not surprised. This team might have lost some star players but we planned and added for the future. I think the playoffs are capable for us.

    Team - Rams

    Offensive Playbook - St Louis

    Defensive Playbook - 4-3

    Key Losses: no one

Key Returners: WRs Donnie Avery and Danny Amendola,

Key Additions: OLB Keith Bulluck, WR Plaxico Burress, DT Franklin, and the rookies i drafted (will explain later on)

Players you expect to be Pro Bowl caliber: HB Steven Jackson. I don't think anyone else will make enough individual plays to make the Pro Bowl, maybe Chris Long?

Will any rookies or free agents contribute this year? The offense remains about the same as last year, with Plaxico Burress replacing Mike Sims as the biggest move on that side of the ball. On defense it is all about the new faces. DTs Algrenon Spencer (rookie) & Aubrayo Franklin upgrade the middle of the line, while OLBs Keith Bulluck & Michael Boley are an upgrade from Pisa Tinoisamoa & Ben Leber last year. In the secondary gone are Ron Bartell & Al Harris (Starting CBs last year) and in their place are CB Larry Washington (rookie) and newly acquired Patrick Robinson from the Saints.

Season outlook/predictions for your team: If we can make the playoffs the season will be a success. The division race will be much tougher this year, but if we can get to around 10-11 wins we feel confident that we will have a chance to make the playoffs.

Game(s) you have marked: Dallas ended our season last year so that game is marked in the calendar for SURE!! Week 2 against the Bengals will be a good measuring stick for the team as well. Other than that, games against the Giants and Falcons, along with our 4 matchups against the Cards and Seahawks should be great ones!

    Super Bowl Champion: Bengals

Season 2 MVP: Chris Johnson. He already came out and stated that he felt slated last year for not even being in the running. Look for him to run up those stats to make sure he is in the discussion come season's end.

    OMVP: Steven Jackson (homer pick)

    DMVP: Brian Cushing

    ROTY: MLB Joplin

OROTY: One of Frisk's speedy WRs

    DROTY: MLB Joplin

    GM Of The Year: RYTY
