    To be completed.

To make this easier for the offseason, go ahead and post the max number of scholarships you have.

    25 is the max number.

I am disappointed in the fact that I only instasigned 1 player.

I got 2 instant commits! :) I don't know what to do with Holt. Kinda looks like a safety and I need a FS.

    UCLA picked up 2 insta-commits:

    :4stars: #3 CB Joshua Landrum 5'11" 162 CA
    :3stars: #5 K Terry Brown

Landrum was the #2 guy on my board, and has elite athletic ability. We have depth at the position, so he probably redshirts next year.

Glad to get the K I needed signed out of the way early.

Auburn picked up 0 insta-commits, but hopefully I can at least land a few of the guys on the top of my board.

Good thing I removed all those guys from my board before I did my week 1 recruiting. I think I was in the top 3 for the FS, DE and DT.

    :)

Step 1: Keep board around 10 players with at least 90% that have you #1

Step 2: Call them in random order with 60 Minutes
Step 2a: Hold rabbit's foot while recruiting
Step 3: Offer Scholly first chance you get(That way if they insta-commit you get 50minutes back)

Stealing more of my CBs?

    Interesting.

Why keep your board around 10? Just so you can drop 60 min on each recruit or is there another reason?

It's funny you mention offer the scholly right away. I don't always do that even though I know I should. I always offer on the first call, but sometimes I'll wait until a less than a graded pitch comes up to offer it so I'll get more total points on the call by finding interest on the A pitches. I was also wondering if anyone knew if the points you get from offering a scholarship is based on anything in particular. Sometimes you offer and get 180 pts, sometimes you get 100...I'm curious if that's just random or if there is meaning to it.

    No thats pretty much it.

And I usually change my board after week 1. add/drop a few guys, but yea i try to dump 50 or 60 into a guy if there is any competition for him

I was going to recruit that FS but I dropped him when I saw he committed on Dynasty Wire. I have only talked with the guys that have me #1. I left the other guys alone till I see who else insta-commits :).

If I'm #1 on a guy's list, I always offer the scholarship on the first pitch.

you can't get an instant commit unless you're #1 right?

That's right. And I haven't seen anyone insta-commit with less than a 100 point lead on 2nd place.

Hear that? That was my mind being blown.

Im always looking for croots that have me first and have that little bit extra in their interest meter...

Damn my small TV and lack of attention to detail

#2 OLB, #73 OVR, Jeff Shuler
    6'2" 227 LB's, Bloomingdale, FL
    B- SPD, B+ ACC, D- AWR, B TKL, B- BSH, B- STR, C+ ZCV, C MCV, C PMV, C- FMV
--Shuler is the third big time linebacker recruit to ink with the Gators under the current staff. His ability to stay on the field in passing situations and both cover and rush the quarterback make him a complet backer and excellent signing.
