In a game filled with turnovers early on to put the Raiders up 17 and even more turnovers to tie the game up with less then a minute remaining the Oakland Raiders pull out the win on a Pryor QB sneak. Five picks thrown by Rogers and three picks thrown by Palmer over shadows the 4 yard rushing effort by the Packers, hopefully both team can improve in week two. Coach CT had this to say about the game.
NY Giants : 33
Cardinals : 27
GIANTS STEAL ONE IN ARIZONA!!
On a late night in the sand, the Giants pull a rabbit out of the hat . The Cardinals take the opening drive down and score a touchdown. On the Giants first play, Manning throws an interception. Before you know it, the Cards are up by 10 and the Giants look sluggish. To start the second quarter, Eli hits the TE Robinson for a 20 yd touchdown. It looks like we might have a game. The Giants defense is finally making plays, along with Cardinal receivers dropping passes. The Giants score on a field goal to tie it up at the half.
The Giants take the opening kickoff to start the second half. On their first possession, Manning throws another interception. But this time around, the Giants hold the Cardinals to a field goal. There was no more scoring in the quarter.
The fourth quarter was an offensive explosion from both teams. The Giants opened it up with Wilson taking it in from 9 yards out to take the lead. On Arizona's next possession, Jones went off tackle for 68 yards. The Cards retake the lead. Then The Salsa Man and Manning hook up for a 58 yard pass for the Giants to retake the lead. Then Jones takes a 67 yd screen pass to the house for the Cards to take their final lead of the game. With 14 ticks left on the clock, Tynes kicked a 51 yarder to tie it up. The crowd was silenced.
The Giants won the toss and opted to receive the ball. that was the last time a Cardinal touched the ball. Hixon received the kickoff 1 yard deep in the end zone and took it to the house. Game over.
At the post game interview, this is what the coach had to say: I am very proud of my team. We started awful and most teams would've gave up. Eli grew up tonight in this game. He made good throws overall but the Cardinals defensive backs were everywhere. At one time I thought they had 15 guys on the field. But we stuck with it and were lucky to pull it out in the end.
Snozberriez8198 is a very good coach. We stole one tonight but I feel that he will bounce back from this. Those receivers let him down and kept us in the game. He plays very balanced and kept our defense off guard most of the time. But our defense made just enough plays when it mattered the most.
Now we gotta check out the injured and prepare for the Dolphins.
Good game man and good luck rest of the way.
Colts - 24
Titans - 17
Colts come out firing against rookie coach Troy J. Colts received first, and scored on the 2nd play of the game when Fleener busted loose on a pass to the sideline. Fleener somehow outrun the Titans secondary, which was a sign of things to come for the game. The Titans D came out to stop the run and newly acquired back Tate. However, Luck and his receivers took advantage of this. Wayne, had 127 YAC on 5 catches and kept turning short outs and hitches into huge gains beating his CB and the single deep safety. Rookie Wright also had 133 yards on 6 receptions making some big plays.
The game was close throughout. The Titans were matching us score for score. We got up 17-10, but playmaker Ginn had a Kickoff return for TD to match the big pass play to Wayne for TD on the previous play. We were in scoring position several times, but did struggle to convert on some drives. A huge holding call brought back a bulldozing TD run by Tate and we had to settle for a FG. Vinatieri was showing his age by missing 2 FGs in the game. After a long drive, in the 4th, a short TD run by Tate secured the win. The Colts D swarmed the Titans holding them to under 300 yards of offense.
Ravens escape a close call in Balitmore.
This game was back and forth, the Ravens were plagued by dropped balls (8) which stalled quite a few drives. The Steelers went up early on a Tannehill interception, going in to the second quarter the Steelers were up 14-3. Heath Miller was eating up the inside with 3 catches 90+ yards before the half. Tannehill threw a second pick mid way through the 2nd QTR. Pitt came out looking for blood but only found L. Webb coming back on an out route. This play was huge as it swung it from a possible 3 score margin. The Ravens went in for a TD a few plays later on a Ray Rice off tackle run. The Ravens also forced a 3 an out and chipped in a FG to draw the game 13-14 at the half.
The second half the game blew up, back and forth scores by each team. Rainey for the Steelers, this kid is explosive. He busted out a punt return TD, a long sweep toss TD AND a long screen pass TD. This was all countered by long Ravens drives to score and stay close. Late in the 4th the Ravens finally forced a punt which lead to another Ravens score putting the game out of reach with time running down. This game was close through out with big plays paving the way. I didn't think the Ravens would be able to overcome the dropped balls as this was big on 3rd downs and a key wide open drops. Coupled with Ryan starting the game slow with 2 early interceptions. GG as usual Rawlings!
great game man, gotta fix the secondary apparently
WEEK 1 (HUMAN vs CPU)
Seattle comes out of the gate with a sloppy win at home against Dallas. Despite losing the turnover battle 3-1, Seattle shuts down Dallas when it counts to get the win to kickoff 2013. Seattle offense was nicely balanced with 225 yards rushing and 276 through the air. Tony Romo was looking sharp and accurate but the Dallas offense faltered in the red zone settling for FGs instead of TDs to keep pace with Seattle.
Offensive PoG: Marshawn Lynch - 13 att, 140 yards, 1 TD
Defensive PoG: LE Red Bryant - 5 tackles, 2 sacks
Texans eek out a tough turnover filled game over the Saints.
The Texans overcame three interceptions by their rookie quarterback by grinding out a win on the back of Arian Foster. After a scoreless first quarter, the Saints scored two touchdowns in the second to take a 14-7 lead into halftime. In the third quarter is when things changed for the Texans. After tying the game on an Arian Foster 80 yard touchdown run, the Texans coach decided that it was best to rely on the running game the rest of the way. The Texans were able to add another touchdown in the 3rd quarter to take a 7 point lead. There was no quit in the Saints as they drove right down the field and tied the game at 21 going into the 4th quarter.
The Texans decision to play more ball control offense in the 2nd half really helped out the defense who was being shredded by Brees and Sproles. The defense stepped up in the second half with two big interceptions in the redzone. One of those interceptions came when the Saints were inside the 10. Those two turnovers proved to be the difference in the game.
The Texans were pleased how their rookie QB came back from three interceptions to throw two touchdowns. Hopefully this poise and mental toughness are a sign of things to come.
Offensive Player of the Game:
19 attempts for 191 yards and two touchdowns
Defensive Player of the Game:
2 interceptions ended strong Saints drives
The Cowboys bounce back after a loss to the seahawks with a good win against the Bills. After the 1st qtr where the bills missed the only scoring attempt by either team by missing a 40+ FG attempt things got going in the 2nd. Bailey would hit from49 yds out to give the boys the lead to begin the 2nd qtr. Lindell would answer back to tie the game with a 37 yd fg. After a huge reception by Miles the cowboys would hit Witten with a TE screen for a 6 yd TD reception. On the following drive disaster would hit the bills when Fokou would sack Vince Young and force a fumble that would be picked up and scored by Scandrick to take a 17-3 lead. Then some terrible coaching struck when coach bbj decided after picking off Young deep in cowboys territory with about 13 seconds to try to get in range for a Hailmary pass since we still had 1 timeout. Romo would throw his 2nd Int of the day setting up the bills for a fg to bring the game to 17-6 at half.
Demarco Murray would make up for that blunder by returning the returning the 2nd half KO 101 yds for the score to put the boys up 24-6. Caulder would put the game away with a 4yd TD run with 6 min left in the 4th to go up 31-13.

Ravens travel out to Oakland in the AFC Championship rematch an get the W 30-10.Game started off slow with the Ravens having to settle for a FG on the opening drive. On the Raiders ensuing drive they were putting together some nice passes then, C. Thompson FS, crushed D. Moore as he attempted to cut back to the outside causing a fumble picked up by rookie SS Sherrod. This lead to a Ravens TD. From here the Ravens controlled the game with Ray Rice on the ground an mixed passes converting on 7 for 11 on 3rd down keeping the Raiders off the field. As the Raiders went to the air to begin a come back Carson Palmer was picked once. D. Moore and B. Tate both were hurt during the game, new addition DeVier Posey paid dividends with 3 catches for 47 yards and 2 TDs. Huge addition with Tate also going out due to injury. R. -------------CARDINALS 13 BENGALS 10----------------
*game was desynced twice*
This game was attempted 3 times but they finally got the game completed (gotta love EA SERVERS)
This game was a huge game for both teams coming into this matchup winless in the season openers. This wasn't a very exciting game for the fans who got to watch a defensive battle with a score of 3-3 going into the half, and the score would remain the same until the 4th quarter where the final 17 points were scored. The Bengals down by 3 in the 4th had a nice drive that ended with a TD pass from Andy Dalton to Mohamed Sanu with a few minutes remaining on the clock. The Cardinals had just over 2 minutes and 3 timeouts to drive down the field (down by 4) and score a touchdown. The rookie quarterback Ashton Martin converted on a 4th and 1 to keep the drive alive with a clutch pass to Kevin Walter. With about a minute on the clock the rookie QB scrambled to the 7 yard line and called a timeout with 30 seconds remaining. The next 2 plays were runs which went nowhere. On the 3rd down play Martin hit Shockey for a quick 3 yard TD pass with 11 seconds remaining. On the kickoff, the returner stepped out of the end zone on accident, so a good 6 seconds was wasted on the return that should have been downed in the endzone. With only a few seconds to go and 90 yards to go, the game was over.
*** To be fair...this game was going another direction until the EA Gods spared me, but this was a fun game that went to the wire. iTsIsiah will make a playoff run...you heard it here first!!!
SORRY FOR CHEEZY WRITEUP..ONLY HAVE MY IPAD ON WEEKENDS (LAPTOP AT OFFICE)
LIONS TURN TO RUNNING GAME
After a disappointing loss in the season opener (simmed game), the Lions win their first game of the season at home against their division rival Bears. But unlike last season's aerial display, the 2013 Lions decided to take advantage of their strong line and healthy backfield. The Bears weren't expecting such a strong running performance from the usually pass happy Lions.
Shutout through the first three quarters, the bears leaned on Cutler to get them back into the game. Unfortunately "Smoking Jay's" 3 INTs and a few costly drops crushed their 4th quarter comeback.
Matthew Stafford 10/14 120 yds 2 TD 2 INT
Cutler 22/37 257 yds 1 TD 3 INT
Best 11 ATT 97 yds
Leshoure 10 ATT 31 yds
Forte 10 ATT 31 yds
Bush 1 ATT 6 yds
Panthers pull of a win over the visiting Colts in a game that they controlled pretty much from the beginning. The Panthers defense was the big reason why they pulled off the win forcing Andrew Luck into 4 interceptions, 2 of which were returned for touchdowns. Cam Newton threw for 227 yards and 1 touchdown and rushed for another, but did throw a pick that could have cost his team late in the game, his 1st of this young season. With no Deangelo Williams, the Panthers were limited to what they could do as far as their rushing attack went, but still managed to do enough to keep the Colts blitzing and allowing Cam to find open receivers. The Panthers also forced Luck to throw the ball almost 50 times on the day, and anytime you have to put the ball in the air 50 times, you're more than likely not going to win the game. The Panthers move to 2-0 on the season and will face the Falcons next week.
Saints top Redskins 37-13 on Monday Night Football.
The Saints off-season acquisitions show up in a big way to help get the Saints their first win of the season. With a total of 5 interceptions, 2 of them returned for touchdowns, the Saints took complete control of the game. Because of the sloppy conditions it seemed like the Redskins could never make the right adjustments to overcome the poor weather. There were multiple miscues and blown plays on both sides of the ball for a Redskins team that just couldn't get it together.
For the Saints FS Michael Jenkins and 1st round pick DE Jakhari Hopkins scored touchdowns for the defense by returning interceptions for touchdowns. Drew Brees threw for 2 TDs by completing passes to TE Jimmy Graham and WR Lance Moore. Redskins QB Robert Griffin III threw for a TD while also completing 5 passes to the Saints defense. Who knows if this is a sign of the beginnings of a Sophomore slump or a glimpse into the future of the Saints defense.
The Saints improve to 1-1 on the year and the Redskins fall to 0-2. Both teams are in tough divisions and hope to compete for post-season spots this year.
Week 2 NYG vs MIA final score 35-13
The giants traveled to Miami, in what was a showdown of 1-0 teams, unfortunately though, this was not even close.... The giants managed only 202 yards of total offense, and their lone touchdown came a pick 6 thrown by Flacco..... Miami however totaled 470 yards of offense, 142 on the ground, and 328 in the air. Lamar miller busted a 75 yard run, and ended the day with 142 yards rushing. Rookie receiver Harold clowney had 7 catches for 75 yards and a score, and rookie TE Michael dudzik had 5 catches for 100 yards....Flacco ended the day with 328 yards passing and 4 TDs,, while Eli manning had 150 yards.
Good game, couple big plays got things out of hand early, but still fun.
Week 1 MIA vs CIN final score 34-32
Sorry, forgot to post week 1, game was late at night.....
Miami travelled to Cincinnati and, after a late charge by the bengals, escaped with a win. First half was relatively slow, as both defenses did a good job keeping teams in check.... But Flacco did connect with rookie WR clowney for the receivers first TD of his career. Giving the dolphins a 13-3 halftime lead. 3rd quarter had both Miama and Cincinnati score 66 yard touchdown passes as well as 2 shorter TDs, 28 points scored in the quarter, but Miami still held a 10 point lead going into quarter 4. And the beginning of the final quarter, Lamar miller busted a 58 yard TD run, which put Miami up 17, and (one would think) seal the game... But Cincinnati answered back with 2 more TDs bringing them within 3, Miami was eventually able to run out the clock and escape.... But was a fun back and forth contest.
Dalton 405 yards passing with 4 TDs
Flacco had 310 yards passing with 3 TDs
Lamar miller was 18 carries for 141 yards and a score
Ex dolphin Reggie bush had 8 rushes for 20 yards
Clowney had 8 catches for 120 yards and 2 TDs
Ricardo lockettr had 6 catches for 200 yards and 3 scores
The Jags took on the AFC West leading Chiefs in a game that featured 2 teams that had winning records and missed out on the playoffs last year. Both had a chip on their shoulder heading into this one. It wasnt a secret that Jacksonville's defense sucked last year, but this year they have been stellar. All of the credit for this W goes to Jacksonville's defense. Charles had 115 yards rushing but he was barely given the ball after a 78 yard TD run because the Chiefs were playing behind most game. This caused the Chiefs to become 1 dimensional. Once that happened, the Jags turned into ballhawks. Jacksonville forced 4 interceptions and sacked Mallett twice while stuffing the Chiefs offense and allowing the offense to control the game. Dezrick Johnson had 170 yards rushing and Gabbert threw for 3 TDs. When Kendrick Thompson comes off of IR, the rushing attack will be scary. good game dj illmatic 23
Titans Dismantle CPU Buccaneers.
In the second straight game without the Titans star runningback Chris Johnson third year rookie quarterback led his team to a 42-0 victory over the Bucs. The Buccaneers did not have many highlights in this one. The offense looked lackluster (and thats being a little generous) Tampa Bay was only able to gain 64 yards of offense and Josh Freeman was hurried all day. Jake Locker completed passes to 7 different targets and made up for last weeks performance against Indianapolis. The Titans miss Chris Johnson and desperately need him back to get their offense going, but the offense looked nearly flawless in this one. Jake Locker threw for 4 touchdowns and looked like the future star that Tennessee desperately needs him to be. The recievers seemed happy with Lockers performance as he spread the ball to each of his recievers at will. Next week will be the real test for this young team as they play the Houstan Texans and they look hungry for a win. So two questions remain for the Titans. Will Jake Locker look as comfortable as he did in this one next week? And will Chris Johnson provide the extra spark that is needed for the Titans to continue winning this season?
Josh Freeman was under pressure all night in their defeat to Tennessee this sunday.
GIANTS GROUND THE EAGLES!!!Metlife Stadium - The Giants coming off of an embarrassing loss against the Dolphins in Miami, host the rival Eagles. This was a big game for both teams to establish an edge in the division. What was once billed as match up between two two top young coaches in the league, turned into a rout for the Giants. The former coach of the Eagles shocked the league when he stepped away for personal reasons and it has left the Eagles searching for answers. But to the game. The Eagles started with a 3 and out and the G-men took over. Manning hit Cruz for a 24 yard td to open up the scoring. Manning followed that with a 49 yard strike to the former Cardinal Doucet who made his presence known in this one. At the half, it was the Giants up by a score of 17 - 0.On the first play of the second half, Manning kept the magic going. He audibled out of the power run to hit Cruz on a fly pattern for an 81 yard strike. The defense was playing 8 in the box and there was no help over the top. Manning looked crisp and as smooth as the other side of the pillow in reading the defense on this and several plays. the Giants defense held the Eagles and the Giants took to the air again. This time it was a 28 yard strike to Cruz.Cruz had his biggest game of the young season this year after he had just signed a new contract last week. He showed why they invested so much money in him and made him the number one receiver this week moving Nicks to the number two slot. But Doucet would still have something to say about the best receiver in blue this afternoon.the Eagles finally showed some resemblance of a pro team and scored on a 3 yd run by Lewis. To end the third quarter scoring, Doucet caught a 24 yd run and catch from Manning as the Giants took a controlling lead into the final period. The Eagles managed two field goals but the star in the quarter was the rookie QB Stackhouse from the Giants who threw his first td pass. That ended the scoring and the Giants had the victory. The final score was Eagles 13 and the Giants 45. Now to the press room where Coach Jackson has stepped up to the podium.Coach Jackson: This was a must needed win for our team. We must've played on South Beach too much last week and it showed on Sunday. But this week, a new curfew went into affect and we cannot afford to have breakdowns like before. I was looking forward to this game since we lost the division to them last year. Even with their coach gone, the game still had to be played.I had a heart to heart with Manning and it must have sunk in. He played lights out tonight. True he didn't have the best completion percentage, but he didn't have the turnovers but several touchdowns. He showed poise in the pocket and read the Eagles defense like a bedtime story. It felt good getting the lead and working on new plays. This game might lead to some wins down the road against one of the toughest schedules in the league. Our rookie QB got some much needed playing time and looked sharp. I now know why we drafted him and he showed it tonight. Our two headed rushing attack almost had two 100 yard rushers with Scott falling a few yards short. When Bradshaw returns, he might find himself on the outside looking in.I also would like to announce the firing of our trainer and his entire staff. We are having too many injuries and sooner or later it will cost us a game down the road. We lost our kick return specialist Hixon tonight to an abdominal tear and it is getting ridiculous. Eventhough he will only be out for two weeks, he will be missed. We will be bringing in a new trainer and staff later this week and hope to stay healthy for the remainder of the season. The game ball goes to: Eli Manning 9 of 18 for 240 yds 5 touchdowns and no interceptions.Honorable Mention - V. Cruz - 4 receptions for 149 yards and 3 tds and D. Wilson with 16 rushes for 175 yards.Stepped up award - WR E Doucet who had 2 catches for 73 yards and 2 tds.
LIONS RUN ALL OVER BUCS
After a quiet start to the season, the reigning MVP finally had a break out game against the hapless Buccaneers. Stafford went 13 for 13 with 357 yards passing, hitting Megatron and Titus Young for huge gains. But the story of the day was the Lions new running game. Jahvid Best ran for 215 yards on 22 carries, while backup Lehoure had 120 yards with 16 carries.
Not to be out done, the Lions defense, featuring newly acquired SS Charles Woodson, stuffed the Bucs ground game and sacked Freeman 5 times.
Ravens jump over to Ohio and run away with one in Cinci. The Ravens came out the gates quickly going up 21-0 in the 1st QTR. The Bengals quick pass offense lead to 3 quick 3 and outs. Responded by a long TD pass to Torrey Smith for 77 yards. A few drives later Smith caught a 90 yard pass as Smith beat the single coverage. Smith caught for a season high 206 yards after finally returning to the starting lineup after a preseason injury. Ray Rice chipped away as the game wore on. The Bengals were relentless with their passing attack. Andy Dalton worked the middle of the field with Gresham and looked for Lockette often. Lockette, played 2 games with the Ravens last season and was cut due to terrible hands. He proved why he was replaceable as he dropped several passes put on him by Andy. The Bengals rallied late in the 4th scoring 14 unanswered points to keep it interesting but they ran out of time.
WEEK 3 - Human vs CPU
Seattle moves to 2-1 after blanking the Rams 31-0. The Seahawk D set the tone with the shutout and stopping Steven Jackson cold. Matt Flynn throws for 300+ and Robert Turbin runs for 112 while filling in for the now injured MArshawn Lynch. The Injuries are starting to add up for Seattle: Lynch, Sydney Rice, Cale Welch are 3 of 6 on the injred list now. The injuries couldnt come at a worse time, with the Super Bowl champs up next.
Offensive Player of Game: TE Zach Miller - 9 rec, 121 yards, 3 TD
Defensive Player of Game: Byron Maxell - 5 tackles, 1 sack
Colts - 35
Jaguars - 33
Andrew Luck rallies the Colts to a come from behind victory!
The bitter divisional rivalry between the Colts and Jaguars did not disappoint in in their first meeting in the 2013 season. Things started poorly for the Colts as the Jags came out firing. The Jags received first, and fittingly opened the game up with a huge 61 yard pass to rookie Ross Lake. The Colts D held in the red zone however and the Jags settled for the first of several field goals. The Colts then have a string of mistakes. One drive saw 2 holding penalties calling back a huge TD pass to Fleener and then a first down run by Tate on 3rd down. The Jags did settle for another field goal in the red zone. Luck then proceeded to throw 2 stupid passes for ints, one ran back for a TD. So the Colts quickly buried themselves in a 20-0 hole in the first quarter. Luck and company then decided to settle down and get serious. On a 3rd and short, Tate took a pitch to the outside and weaved through some guys in the flat, broke an arm tackle, and took it to the house for a 78 yard TD. Tate finally lives up to his promise after receiving him in a trade with the Texans. The Colts D stops the Jags, and then Luck operates a nice drive, eventually finding Wayne on a short slant in the end zone. This made it a manageable 20-14 right before half. However, the Jags pushed it down the field in the final seconds of the half and boomed a 50+ yard FG as time expired to increase the lead to 9. 23-14 The Colts received the ball at half, and had a long methodical drive down into Jags territory. We do get forced into a 4th and 1 on the 9, and elect to be aggressive and go for it. Tate picks up the first on a stretch as the Jags D jams the middle and we collect the first. A few plays later Donald Brown gets the TD from a yard out. 23-21. The Colts D registers another stop after a Freeney sack puts the Jags in 3rd and long. Tate's ground success pays off, as a PA pass to Fleener bisects the aggressive safeties and he outruns the D for a 77 yard TD to give the Colts their first lead of the game 28-23. The Jags finally answered with some offensive production of their own, but stumbled again inside the 30 and they kick their 3rd field goal of the game. 28-26 Colts. The Colts then receive the ball midway through the fourth. We get a few first downs, but eventually come up short on 3rd after Luck missed Wright and we are forced to punt. The Jags make some big plays and keep the drive alive on some crucial 3rd downs. They eventually get the ball to around the 30 with 1 min left and force the Colts to burn their 2nd time out of the half. The Jags are at a 3rd and 8 with 1 min left on the 30 and decide to try and get the first down through the air to ice the game, instead of running and kicking the field goal and giving the Colts a minute left to attempt a comeback. Gabbert drops back and throws an out pattern to rookie Lake, but Nickel CB Cassius Vaughn cuts off the pass and picks it off, taking it 75 yards to the house and finishing the Jags off in crazy fashion. 35-26 Colts. With under a minute left, Gabbert and the Jags offense drive the ball down and pick up some pride points as time expires on a pass to Blackmon in the corner of the end zone for a final score of 35-33. As mentioned Tate came up huge, he picked up 166 yards on 23 carries and 1 TD. He really pounded the Jags D in the 2nd half, controlling the clock and keeping them honest. Blackmon and Lake had big games as well. We tried to keep the big play in check, but couldnt stop the big WRs from getting some production. Blackmon finished with 9 rec for 141 yards and 2 TDs, while lake had 4 rec 146 yards. Freeney was in Gabbert's face all day and picked up 2 more sacks on the season. The victory was costly for the Colts as #1 WR Wayne goes down with an injury and will be out 5 weeks. Heir apparents Wright and Simpson need to step up and take up the slack. gg Gngsta4Lyphe I thought I was done for early in the game and then near the end, but kept it going and somehow pulled it out.
it was a fun game. Marcedes Lewis was about to get cut for playing awful in this game, but he has a 15M bonus. Dont ask how that happened, im still not sure. So he is benched permanently. 0 receptions 3 HUGE dropped passes which led to punts and giving you scores. I dont know how many times i punted in this game but i think they were all because of Lewis not being able to catch ANYTHING wide open. You won this game when you stopped me from scoring TDs and settling for field goals. big difference between 20-0 and 28-0. I slowed it down offensively and you came back. Learned my lesson. One day i will best you, and it will be glorious. Next time, you're coming to Jacksonville.
Yeah, there were several factors. Settling for the FGs was one, and another was 3rd down conversion %. The running game was the huge difference as well. You struggled to hold the lead and the clock because your run game didn't get going.
And of course the end of game pick 6 decision was the clincher. I gambled and brought the blitz. My thinking was that I disrupt and get a potential sack and maybe get you out of FG position, be aggressive against the draw, or just allow a big TD. If you get a first down there, you win.
