    Sixers 82
    JAZZ 106

31 for 36. 31 for 36 was the combined shooting of three members of the Jazz front court. Who were the culprits? Paul Millsap (13 for 13), Channing Frye (9 of 12, 5 of 6 from 3), and Mo Speights (9 of 11). Their point totals were 27, 23, and 18 respectively. "I don't know what was up with our bigs today. They were just on fire," said Head Coach Ty Corbin. "In shootaround i was stone cold. I could even make my layups. Somehow i got the first shot to go in and then the second and then third. I knew then I was cookin," said Millsap. The Sixers have great interior presence but ultimately the difference was the 3 bigs ability to take their men away from the rim where they aren't comfortable. "We've got shot blocking interior bigs, once guys like Millsap and Frye started stepping out, our guys got a little uncomfortable because they didn't wanna be taken off the dribble. It was a bad night," said Sixers Head Coach Doug Collins. The new look Jazz are 2-0 with tough tests against conference foe Phoenix and division rival Portland. Both are at home where the Jazz are 6-2 thus far. Good game Pagamer07

Great game Jface, and sums it up perfectly. We couldnt get to the basket or draw fouls. So we were forced to play the permiter game, and no one was hitting consistently.

I dont even remember playing this one but it says i did. S-Jax lit it up with 21 and the Pistons didnt get much production out of anybody.

    Warriors 111
    Pistons 97

We had 5 guys in double figures but so did the Warriors and we were never really in control, a big 4th quarter push from GS got them the W and we just failed to finish. Greg Monroe's 18 and 11 and Odom's near tripple double werent enough.

    Pistons 106
    Hawks 83

This felt like the Pistons from last year! We controlled it the entire way with 10 1st half 3 pointers and a 34-16 1st quarter. 11 of our 12 guys scored and 10 out of 12 had at least one assist. We were just clicking. Knight went 19 and 9 assists on 7-9 shooting. Joey Graham had a solid first half and J Rich scored in Bunches. Hopefully we can keep this up and get back to form and dig ourselves out of this below .500 hell.

Detroit wins the defensive battle with last years playoff opponent the Boston Celtics. Both PGs had great stat lines and were at each other all night. The X factor in the end proved to be Greg Monroe and his ability to score the key baskets. Boston held the lead much of the game but Detroit kept it close and in the end they pulled away at just the right time.

    Monroe 36 Points 9 Rebounds 3 Assists 3 Blks
    Knight 23 points 7 rebounds 9 Assists 5 Steals
    Prince 13 points 5 Rebounds

    Rondo 31 points 9 rebounds 6 assits 2 steals
    Gordon 21 poitns 3 rebounds
    O Neal 14 points 7 rebounds 2 assists.

    Thunder 100
    Pistons 110

This was one was definitely a battle. Durant and Westbrook were going off and Reggie Jackson was getting in on the action as well. The Thunder grabbed a big 1st quarter lead but the final 3 quarters were all won by Detroit and that was enough to make up the ground and grab the W. Odom hit some key shots and Monroe was the catalyst for the offense. Knight wasnt a scorer this game but helped in other ways and nearly got the triple double. GG Mike E

    Monroe 30 points 12 rebounds 6 assists 3 Blks
    Odom 18 points 7 rebounds
    Richardson 16 points 10 rebounds 3 assists
    Knight 10 points 8 rebounds 9 assists

    Rockets 89
    Pistons 136

Detroit just ran away with this one scoring over 30 in all three quarters except the last. Monroe was big early on and helped build the lead and Knight was right behind him draining mid range shots and getting to the rack. Defensively The Rockets just didnt have an awnser for anything really. Offensively they had some nice plays but were just way to sloppy with the ball turning it over nearly 20 times and then chucking up bad 3's when they got behind instead of trying to grab high percentage shots. GG Papa Perry

    Monroe 30 points 5 rebounds 4 assist 3 steals
    Knight 24 points 4 rebounds 5 assists 7 steals
    Goudelock 22 points 3 rebounds

    Csiky 23 points 4 rebounds 6 assists 3 steals
    Williams 17 points 4 reboudns 2 assists 2 steals
    Martin 17 points

so, umm...not that I am awesome at putting up summaries, but have we pretty much stopped doing em? I see all the records of teams in game, but it'd be cool to read a little bit on how you guys are doing.

    OKC - 99
    ATL - 89

In a game where Kevin Durant continued his struggles, it was James Harden that pulled the Thunder on his back and carried them to a win. Using multiple screens on each possession, Harden looked like a young Rip Hamilton finding creases and wide open looks all night. Harden buried 7 three point shots en route to a 28 point gem of a game. Westbrook and budding superstar PG Reggie Jackson combined for 18 assists as the Thunder were able to pull away from Atlanta late.

    Durant - 15 points
    Harden - 28 points
    Westbrook - 20 points, 11 assists
    Jackson - 13 points, 7 assists
    Ibaka - 12 points, 8 boards, 3 blocks

Not sure of the official stats or score because the game recorded different stats then what the actual game was.

The Knicks controlled the first half and looked like they would cruise to a pretty easy victory in the rematch of the Eastern Conference finals from last year, but in the 2nd half the Pistons made some defensive adjustments and threw out a different defensive scheme that really seemed to work. The Knicks werent scoring as well as they were and big 3rd and 4th quarters including a shot to tie it up with .3 seconds left by Brandon Knight sent the game to OT. In OT the Pistons kept on scoring and got the victory by hitting all their Free throws down the stretch. Knight finished the game with 41 and for the Knicks Shump and Melo led the way with 39 and 38 points each. Great Game Blaza

GOOD GOD! Pierce, Parker, Ginobli, and ROndo killed me...if they actually missed in the 1st half they got an offensive board abd scored anyway. Of course they missed a few shots when it didnt matter to make it look like it was a more fair game...but we know how that goes. Just one effing time i would like to experience a close game with the cpu...either i win by 20 or lose by 20. gracious...perhaps i should learn to play better defense and practice my plays a bit more often...

Durant again struggled and somehow, no matter that the has A and A+ inside/outside scoring couldnt hit the broad side of a effing barn...

Chicago takes two in a row against Dallas. The Mavs gave them all that they could handle. The first game Chicago pulled away late for the 84-74 win, but the second one was much closer. Dallas tied the game up with about 20 seconds left to play leaving Chicago with the final shot. On their possession they turn it over with an illegal screen. With 5.5 second left Dallas gets the ball into Dirk who has a wide open shot from his sweet spot and it rattled off the rim. Then in OT Dallas just didn't have the athleticism to keep up and fell 92-87. gg Timpegoose. This game is so frustrating sometimes. Had a wide open lane to the basket with Dirk and the game decided he was going to pull up.

    Pacers 97
    Bulls 91

After being swept by the Bulls last year Indiana was determined not to let that happen again. The Pacers caught a major break when it was announced that star PG Derrick Rose would miss the game with injury. Starting in his place was veteran Mike Bibby who stepped huge in the star's absence scoring 29 points as well as adding 6 assists and 5 steals. Ex-Pacer Roy Hibbert used to his size effectively scoring 21 points with 12 rebounds while Ronnie Brewer added 20 and 6 steals. Paul George was the high man for Indiana scoring 30 points and Landry Fields added 18 points. The Pacers had a season high 19 turnovers but had a significant advantage at the free throw line going 16-17 while the Bulls were only 5-6 and this proved to be the difference in the end. GG Timpegoose

    Pacers 88
    Lakers 81

Paul George continued his great early season run scoring 35 points and playing great defense on Kobe holding the 5 time champion to just 12 points on 6-22 shooting. The Lakers had a 23-17 advantage after 1 but Indiana played much better in the 2nd quarter outscoring the visitors 20-12 to take a 37-35 lead heading into half. In the 2nd half Indiana used the break to their advantage against the much slower Lakers to seal the victory.

    Pacers 126
    Wizards 110

Earlier in the season Washington thoroughly embarrassed the Pacers winning by 37 and while Indiana did not win by such a wide margin they manage to get some revenge. The 1st half seemed a if it would be a repeat of the last game with the Wizards having a 60-48 advantage entering the 3rd quarter and looked like they were going to coast to another win but Paul George and Landry Fields had other ideas. Indiana managed to score a whopping 78 points in the final 2 quarters as the team looked to push at every opportunity and every play seemed to end with either a basket or free throws. George had a game high 43 points and Landy Fields just missed a triple double with 29 points 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Joakim Noah had a very good game himself with 10 points, 15 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 blocked shots. For Washington John Wall was magnificent with 34 points and 8 assists and Javale McGee had 21 points 15 rebounds and 6 assists. Nick Young had 23 points but struggled from 3 going 1-10. GG ryalaman

    Pacers 108
    Pistons 99

This game was a much closer affair then the previous matchup as the Pistons came out of the games firing early in the 1st but Indiana managed to fight back as the game went getting the deficit down to one heading into halftime. The Pacers played a much more complete game in the 3rd outscoring Detroit 31-22 on the back of an unlikely souce in C Joakim Noah who was great down the stretch sealing the win. Noah finished with a career high 27 points to go along with 9 rebounds. Paul George and Landry Fields were both excellent once again with the former scoring 38 on 16-24 shooting and Fields adding 20. Both wings also had 9 rebounds each. Greg Monroe had an outstanding game in a losing effort with 28 points and 15 rebounds and PG Brandon Knight torched Darren Collison all night long scoring 26. GG @ Bucs

    Celtics 106
    Pacers 81

After a string of great games Indiana was due for a clunker and it came at home against Boston, a team they handled easily previously. Indiana had no answer for Eric Gordon who went 4-6 from 3 finishing with 21 points and unheralded PF JaJuan Johnson who 16 points and 12 rebounds on just 5 shots. Paul George had 27 points but was an inefficient 10-26 from the field.

    Pacers 102
    Cavs 90

Paul George was dominant all game long scoring 41 points on 13-23 shooting with 9 rebounds. George was a perfect 13-13 from the line as well. The two teams were tied at 49 heading into the locker rooms but the Pacers pulled away in the 3rd outscoring Cleveland 31-21. Landry Fields had a good game himself scoring 20 and distributed the ball well adding 6 assists.

    Pacers 109
    Heat 95

This game looked like it would be a tight contest early but an injure to Chris Bosh midway through the 1st quarter threw the home team into disarray. Lebron James was forced to play all 5 positions as the Heat's lack of depth was completely exposed. James was his usual unstoppable self with 34 points and 8 rebounds on 13-20 shooting but with Dwayne Wade MIA with just 9 points on 3-10 shooting the Heat just couldn't muster enough offense. Paul George and Landry Fields continued their breakout seasons adding 37 and 22 respectively.

    Pacers 119
    Spurs 83

The Spurs with new acquisition Eric Gordon seemed to be outclassed from the very start as the Pacers outscored them 55-37 heading at half and coasted to an easy 119-83 victory. San Antonio shot just 39% from the field and went 5-24 from 3. For the Pacers Paul George was amazing scoring 39 points on 16-24 shooting. Jan Vesely made his Pacer debut in the 3rd quarter and made quite an impression in his first game scoring 13 points on 6-8 shooting with his first ever points as a Pacer coming on a 3.

    Pacers 106
    Rockets 96

Indiana continued their Texas road trip with a stop in Houston and got off to a great start and the hot shooting seemed to last for 3 quarters as the Pacers outscored their opposition 90-62 heading into the 4th. Normally teams with facing such a huge margin would fold but to the credit of the Houston staff the Rockets fought back valiantly even managing to cut the Indiana lead to just 8 points but just seemed to run out of time in the end. The Pacers had 5 players in double figures led by Paul George with 25. Terrence Williams led all Houston players with 18. GG Papa Perry

    Pacers 83
    Hornets 76

The Pacers played terribly but still managed to pull out a win against the lowly Hornets. Normally consistent, Paul George struggled with his shot and decision making taking 23 shots to score 23 points with 4 turnovers. The game was in doubt until the final moments but Gilbert Arenas hit a big 3 to seal the win for Indiana.

    Memphis 100

Detroit steals one on the road thanks to some good efforts all around. In the first 3 and a 1/2 quarters it was all memphis as they held a 8-10 point lead for much of the game until then. Detroit kept chipping away though and eventually the offense started to click more and more. Tayshaun was clutch in the 2nd half with 16 of his 19 points coming then and he hit some pretty clutch lay ups and dunks to keep Memphis at bay once Detroit took the lead late in the 3rd. Knight turned in a solid 16 and 11 assist performance. For Memphis Josh Smith was unstoppable with 37 points 6 rebounds 7 steals and 3 blocks. OJ Mayo had a quiet 29 point, the real story was Terrance Owens fouling out in the 4th, that didnt help Memphis' cause at all. GG Dru50

Good game matt, you are told good on the sticks for me to beat. If you weren't beating every guy on my team for a layup you were drawing a foul. Combine that with about 15-20 intercepted passes by you and that's a L. If you were making shots in the 1st quarter you'd have beat me by 20.

    Recent Raptors Games

    Toronto 107
    Charlotte 104

This was a hell of a game, as Kemba Walker stole the show scoring 34 points ( 27 in the second half) and simply tortured the Raptors defense..... Garry Randle chipped in 21 and 12 for the Bobcats...DeMar DeRozan scored 42 points for the Raptors and basically carried them to victory.

    Toronto 105
    Denver 84

Gary Forbes lights up his old team for 24 points hitting 5 threes..... Demar DeRozan scores 29 as the Raptors cruise....

    Toronto 105
    New Jersey 97

DeRon Williams scores 32 and Marshon Brooks had 18 and 11 as the Nets were very tough for 3 quarters..... in the 4th it was the DeMar DeRozan show as he scored 13 in the quarter to finish with 33 and led the Raptors to a victory. Tyler Honeycutt chipped in with 17 and 8 rebs and Josh Selby had 18 points and 12 assists off the bench.

    Toronto 95
    Chicago 88

The bulls were on fire early as Derrick Rose and Co. had used their gameplan to slow down the Raptors and make it a halfcourt game, but the Raptors finally got the Bulls to miss some shots and Josh Selby caught fire in the late 3rd, early 4th scoring 34 points for the game... Derozan had 28 points...... Derrick Rose had 23 and hibbert finished with 16 and 6...

    T-wolves : 129
    Pistons: 108

The Wolves went into Detroit hoping to stay close against a really good team, and came out on top in one of their best games of the year. Minny jumped out quick, and then ran away with it in the 2nd half behind great shooting. Ricky Rubio was able to take advantage of Brandon Knight's poor defense, and went for 29 points and 15 assists, including some impressive dunks. J.J. Barea backed him up with 16 points and 9 assists, so the point guards scored 45 points, and had 24 assists in the game. Martel Webster had 20 points on only 10 shots, and had 4 threes. I think he made his first 6 shots. Love also added 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Greg Monroe led the way for the Pistons with a huge 34 points, as he was about the only player that ever got even close to going. Brandon Knight only had 12 points and 4 assists, and was in foul trouble. The Pistons shot less than 22% from deep in the game, including an 0-5 showing from Prince, most of them open looks. Bobcats 94
    Spurs 88

The first game back for GM Carder is a win at home over the San Antonio Spurs and after receiving great news that Dorell Wright had accepted his 3 year deal to stay in Charlotte. The Bobcats jumped out to an early lead and never looked back as they led by as much as 20 during the game but the Spurs were able to claw there way back with some great defense and even better shooting and cut the lead to 3 with just under a minute to play but Kemba Walker was able to knock down a free throw line fader to put the Spurs away.

    Bobcats 100
    Kings 106

After beating the Spurs the night before the Bobcats played host to another Western Conference team as Sacramento came to town and brought a very high powered offense. Charlotte struggled on defense as the Kings always seemed to have one man wide open to knock down a 3 or get an easy dunk or lay up and it was very frustrating to watch but the Bobcats were able to keep the game close but could never get within more than 4 points of the lead before the Kings pushed the lead back to 8 or 10.

    Doing some catching up...

    Bulls 103
    Knicks 94

Melo did everything he could to keep the Knicks in this one, but he just didn't get enough help. The only other New York player in double figures was Shumpert with 17. The Bulls had a pretty balanced attack throughout, led by D Rose and his 29 and 7 assists. Hibbert chipped in 19, Brewer had 13, Rip had 12, and Gibson had 10. Luol Deng was again the leading rebounder in a user game with 9 boards.

    Bulls 91
    Hawks 90

The Hawks were getting scoring from everywhere, with 5 players in double figures, and we couldn't get much going out of our starting 5 outside of Hibbert and Rose. The savior was Mike Bibby, who scored 14 on 5/12 shooting and 4/7 from behind the arc. Rose really struggled from the field going 4/14, but ended up with 18 points by going 10/10 from the FT line. Down 2 with .6 seconds left we left Rose on the bench... Bibby caught the inbounds at the top of the key and fired, just getting it off in time to give us the 1 point lead. Even at 34 years of age, Bibby is still producing for us coming off the bench. Its the 3rd buzzer beater he's hit this year already (The other 2 were at halftime though).

    Bobcats 100
    Lakers 96

The first half of this game was all about the Black Mamba as Kobe was destroying the Bobcats defense and ended the first half with 25 points but it was a completely different story in the 2nd half as the Bobcats defense clamped down and was able to hold Kobe in check for the most part as he finished with 36 points. After signing his extension Dorell Wright has went off and he was the Bobcats leading scorer in this game as he scored 28 points and Kemba Walker chipped in 25 of his own including two clutch free throws to seal the game.

Dorell Wright 28 Pts 7 Reb 3 Stl
Kemba Walker 25 Pts 12 Ast

    Bobcats 105

The Bobcats struggled early in this game and found themselves down 20 in the 2nd quarter but they were able to cut it to 10 before the half. After halftime Charlotte came out on fire and outscored the Bucks 35-15 in the 3rd. Wesley Mathews finally showed back after having some terrible shooting performances and Dorell Wright and Kemba Walker were able to both get double doubles in the game.

    OKC - 107
    ORL - 100

The Magic led throughout, until a Durant 3 pointer put the Thunder ahead by 1 late in the 4th quarter. Dwight Howard was un-effing-stoppable in the first half, scoring 29 points. All on dunks that broke the backboard. So the game had to be stopped like, 13 times. it was a mess...

In the 4th quarter the OKC defense clamped down and was helped out by a few wide open Magic misses. Durant took over, and Westbrook had a great night going for 21-9-5-4 as the Thunder were again able to overcome a large deficit to the Magic and win.

    gg@bondzai

    Durant 39 points
    Westbrook - 21-9-5-4

Shannon Brown goes off for 40 points including an incredible 8-8 from behind the three point line. He shot like 78% total for the game, including 89% in the 1st half. Kevin Love also added 29 points, and 15 rebounds. Ricky Rubio went for 6 points but 17 assists, most of them going to Brown.

My internet is again struggling to make it the entire hour without losing connection. I'll keep working on it.

This was a complete turn around for both teams defensively from the first matchup which ended 108-104. We were able to keep Nolan Smith in check a little better, and BBJ did a great job on Roy Hibbert, who only finished with 4 points. Luol Deng broke out of his season and a half long scoring slump though, and dropped 21 on 9/12 shooting, while Rose added 30. Aldridge and Batum each had 22, and Garnett had 12, but outside of that the Blazers didn't get much production... Everybody else combined for a total of 14 points. Good game bringbackjimmy

    Bulls 92
    Pacers 89

Roy Hibbert was easily the difference in this one, with his 7 offensive boards. Typically Noah dominates him on the glass in this matchup, but he was up to the challenge today, grabbing 11 boards total and chipping in 15 points. Rose added 31 5 and 5 to pace our scoring. Paul George and Ilyasova were the leaders for the Pacers with 24 and 20 respectively . Ilyasova had himself a hell of a game, with his 20 points, 7 boards, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. He shot 9/12 from the floor and 2/4 from behind the arc. Good game sonn

    Bulls 93
    Raptors 85

Luol Deng had a huge game for us again with Derrick Rose in street clothes due to a toe injury. Deng scored 28 points on 10/16 shooting and was 4/5 for 3 and 4/5 from the line. The big difference in this one though, was the lack of productivity from Raptors star big man Andrea Bargnani. Bargs shot 2/11 on the day and 1/8 from behind the arc for 5 points, well below his season average of 16.1. DeRozan was his typical self, scoring 26 on 12/21 shooting. Josh Selby continued to give our point guards nightmares coming off the bench, scoring 24 with 5 assits on 10/17 shooting. We ended up with 5 guys in double digits, Deng's 28, then Hibbert with 16, Bibby with 14, Brewer with 12, and Boozer with 10 and 10 boards. Good game JrRawlins
