Giants Take Care off Tampa Bay, Continue Surge
    [IMG]
    24 - 17
The Giants have turned it on as of late and were looking to continue their winning streak with a meeting with Tampa Bay in MetLife Stadium. The Giants knew they were going to have to rely on the pass game to be successful against the Bucs. Eli Manning and the receiving corps did not let them down.
Manning had 3 TDs and nearly 300 YDs passing on the day, giving New York the 24-17 lead and moving the ball very effectively throughout the contest. WRs Victor Cruz and Greg Little were highlights in this game. Cruz had 4 receptions for 88 YDs and 2 TDs, while Little had 4 catches for 101 yards and his first career TD reception as a New York Giant.
The defense stepped up and were able to force 2 monumental interceptions. Both inside the Giants 25, including a Kenny Phillips pick on the goalline on 4th and goal at the end of the game to seal it for the Giants.
Next up for the 4-5 Giants is a pivotal NFC East game with the Philadelphia Eagles.

In a game that was played in the twilight zone, since the Rams and 49ers got simmed while they were playing, its tough to really say what would have happened in the game.

The teams did play the game out with the Rams winning 24-21, but it was clear that both coaches took their foot off the gas. Both coaches said that they didn't want to see the other one in the playoffs.

Where is the dislike button. I don't want to play a 49er team with something to prove. Screw that.

The Dolphins hold on an defeat a Drunken-less Raider team as their head coach had some scheduling issues and was unable to make the flight to Miami. MJD once again rush for over 100 yards and he has now eclipsed 1,000 yards rushing on the season. Now if the Dolphins can find a passing attack.
