    Rams - 24
    Steelers - 23

This game was the classic, the better team lost. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Rams played a fairly even first quarter, but the Steelers defense led by their LB tandem started making life extremely difficult for the Rams and ended up grabbing a 23-14 lead with less than two minutes left in the game. At that point Sam Bradford hit Devery Henderson in between two safeties on a streak, with Bradford going to his back shoulder and then the safety took a bad angle, and that is all that Henderson needed to take it to the house and make it a 23-21 game.

Then the Rams recovered their season's first onside kick, converted a key 3rd and 10 and was able to run the ball three time to get in field goal range and kick a FG with 35 seconds left to take a 1 point lead. The Steelers tried to get down into FG range but luckily Mike Wallace stepped out of bounds on a long pass completion, and Robert Quinn ended the game with his 7th sack of the season.

Make no mistake, the Steelers deserved to win this game. They played great, and if they recover the onside kick, this game is over.

The Giants Defense Figured out the Eagles O Attack and Shut it Down

After a fast start by the Eagles to take the early lead, the Giants defense settled into a rhythm to shut down Philly and never looked back. The defense forced 5 interceptions of Michael Vick and shut down Lasean McCoy in the second half to absolutely dominate the final two quarters of play.
Eli Manning had a solid day with 200 YDs and 2 TDs, with no interceptions, his first game without a pick this season. Ahmad Bradshaw figured out a groove and pounded the rock for a touchdown and 63 yards to control it for the Giants.

Jets Top Skins, Get Back in Win Column

After losing two straight, the Jets return home and take a legit win versus the Redskins. The defense was the difference here, picking off RG3 off 3 times and returning a big fumble to put the first points on the board. Mark Sanchez is looking better only throwing one pick and scoring 2 passing TD's. The Jets run defense would be exploited to some degree allowing rookie Roderick Smith and RG3 to average 10 yards per carry. They continue to play their type of ball tough defense, ball control and let the opponent make mistakes. Aerion Boudreaux is less than 300 yards away from 1,000 yard season and is leading all rookie backs in rushing and receiving yards. The Jets will face their division foe next week the NEW ENGLAND Patriots under new leadership of former Viking Coach CA. This should be a battle!

The New England Patriots hosted AFC East divisional foe, the Miami Dolphins in week 11. The Dolpins came in ready to battle as they wouldn't give up even when down 14-3. The New England offense came out firing, scoring on the first 3 drives. After that, the Dolphins put a halt to it for awhile.
Tom Brady was calm, cool and collected as he completed 16 passes out of 21 attempts for 211 yards and 2 touchdowns with 0 interceptions. Stevan Ridley was the key factor today as he rushed for 103 yards on just 15 carries while managing to score once. He averaged 6.9 yards per attempt and was ferocious on the field at times. Wes Welker led the way in the receiving game as he caught 6 passes for 114 yards and 1 touchdown that came by way of a slick comeback in the end zone. Rob Gronkowski had 5 receptions for 66 yards and 1 TD to help move the rock when needed.
The Dolphins looked great on offense as well but were stopped 1 too many times. Ryan Tannehill had a great game going 18 of 27 for 281 yards and 1 TD without any interceptions. The Patriots defense was able to bottle up MJD on the ground for the most part. MJD finished with 53 yards but had a long of 26 on 11 attempts. The rookie, Levi Watson from Pittsburgh had a field day as he caught 8 receptions for 164 yards and 1 TD. Anthony Fasano was just behind Watson with 6 catches for 89 yards.

After coming off their first loss of the season, the 49ers bounced right back in the division and beat a coachless Cardinals team who was basically coached by Peyton Manning. The 49ers defense allowed a total of 87 yards, mostly due to the poor play calling by Coach Manning. Colin Kaepernick had a nice game going 16/22 for 201 yards and a TD, as did Vernon Davis who was on the receiving end of that TD pass as he had 6 catches for 92 yards and the TD. Frank Gore had 19 carries for 80 yards and 2 TD's. The 49ers move to 9-1 on the season and take on the Bucs next week.

In a game were the Oakland defense was dominating, Coach Rich Cast and the Raiders almost let one slip away. The Bills would only muster 182 yds of offense but would force 4 turnovers to keep then in the game until Sebastien Janakowski would hit a game winning field goal with time expiring. The Bills were decimated with injuries as multiple players were knocked out of the game.
    QB Carson Palmer 295 yds passing 2 TD's and 3 INT's

TE Bryan Zabal 9 catches 138 yds and 1 TD

    Jaguars Cruise to 8-2
    Beat Chiefs 27-6
Jacksonville, FL - Rookie QB Jordan Mapa really struggled this game against the Chiefs' tough pass coverage and persistent pass rush. With the Chiefs owner out of commission though, the Chiefs never had much of a chance. This game came down to the rushing games for both teams. Jamaal Charles and the Chiefs could never get it going on the ground. For the Jaguars though, rookie RB Tobias Bray continued to show his great potential. Bray would run for 161 yards and 2 TDs.
