Rams - 34 Cowboys - 13 The St. Louis Rams are one win away from tying last year's mark and were led by Sam Bradford and Steven Jackson. Jackson had his third straight game of over 100 yards on the ground and Bradford threw for 298 yards and 4 TD's. With Sam Jackson out, Bradford hit Devery Henderson on two long TD bombs when Dallas went to single coverage with no over the top help. These bombs really loosened the Dallas defense and allowed the Rams to pound the ball with Steven Jackson. Defensively the Rams were able to get decent pressure on Tanner Hurns led by Robert Quinn and Andre Carter each with two sacks each. A big time time difference maker was Shyquelle Jackson the Rams rookie Free Safety that had an interception and forced a key fumble which gave the Rams a 17 point lead. The front four for the Rams rotated quite often with 9 guys playing in the front four keeping the defenders fresh and allowing the Rams to stuff the Cowboy running attack which only ran for 17 yards. The Rams head into the bye week 3-0 and looking ahead to the SF 49ers who are looming in week 5. The Rams still won't be at full strength, but are looking forward to the next test.
