    ***Season 3 Heisman Race Watch***

    Week 2 Heisman Race

    1. Stepfan Taylor-Stanford
Stepfan Taylor starts out the year at the top of the list for the Heisman trophy. He is a very talented running back who had a great year last year and hopes to improve on that this year. In Week 1, Taylor ran for 53 yards on 15 carries and had 3 receptions for 25 yards.

    2. Jordan Wynn-Utah
Jordan Wynn is the quarterback for the Utah Utes. This is his senior year and many think he may be the best quarterback in the country. Last season, Wynn put up some great numbers and should put up even bigger ones this year. In Week 1, Wynn three for 203 yards and 3 touchdowns in a win over Washington State.

    3. Tyler Wilson-Arkansas
Tyler Wilson is the quarterback for the Arkansas Razorbacks. He is a big kid and reminds many people of Ryan Mallet. Wilson has a big arm and is guaranteed to put up some big numbers in Bobby Petrino's offense. In Week 1, Wilson threw for 290 yards and 1 touchdown.

    4. Matt Barkley-USC
Matt Barkley has been heralded as a great quarterback since his freshman year. He hasn't disappointed in his first three seasons and looks to have his best year yet as a senior. USC has a lot of talent around Barkley so it shouldn't be too hard for Matt to throw for a lot of yards. USC had a bye in Week 1 so Barkley is yet to play a game.

    5. Tommy Dorman-Texas A&M
Tommy Dorman is the quarterback for the Texas A&M Aggies. Dorman continues the trend of senior quarters on the Heisman Watch list early on in the season. Dorman is somewhat of a dual threat quarterback and will not only throw touchdown passes but run for some as well. In Week 1, Dorman three for 182 yardr, ran for 39 yards and had 4 total touchdowns.

    1. Stepfan Taylor-Stanford

Taylor stays atop the Heisman race through Week 5. He has continued to show that he may be the best running back in the country. Last game, Taylor ran for 180 yards and 3 touchdowns. If he continues to put up those numbers, there will be no surprise to see Taylor winning the award at the end of the year.

    2. Ferbia Allen-Ole Miss

Ferbia Allen has been putting up huge numbers for Ole Miss. His play has made defenses change their whole game plan when playing the Rebels. Last game, Allen had 14 catches for 191 yards and one touchdown. One would not be wrong in saying Allen is unstoppable this year.

    3. Josh Nunes-Stanford

Josh Nunes is the second Stanford Cardinal on the Heisman List. He is having one hell of a year and is throwing the ball all over the field. Last game, Nunes threw for 450 yards and 4 touchdowns. If he continues on with those stats than Nunes will be in New York for sure.

    4. Jordan Wynn-Utah

Wynn is the second quarterback on the list. He dropped one down one spot from last weeks rankings, but Wynn still has an outside chance at taking home the title. Last game, Wynn out up huge numbers, throwing for 473 yards and an incredible 9 touchdowns. I doubt anyone tops that performance all year.

    5. Giovanni Bernard-UNC

Giovanni Bernard joins the Heisman watch list for the first time this year. Bernarnd has great speed and good power and used both assets to run all over defenses. Bernard is leading UNC to a great season so far. Last game, Bernard ran for 38 yards and one touchdown. He will have to pick that up if he wants to stay in the Heisman race.
