Post them here...
The 49ers go into New York (New Jersey) and beat the Giants 28-20 to move on in the playoffs The 49ers counted on their strengths in this game to get them to the next round, and that was their running game, solid defense, and positive turnover differential. The 49ers took the opening kickoff and marched down the field with their power rushing attack and spot passing before Kaepernick hit Vernon Davis up the seam for a TD to open it up at 7-0. From there, the 49ers would never relinquish the lead as shortly after that, Manning threw a pick to Tarell Brown who returned it for a TD and the 49ers would go up 14-0. But the Giants would make some big plays of their own in this game, as both Victor Cruz and Reuben Randle had 80 yard TD receptions in this game. But it seemed like the 49ers had an answer after every big play by the Giants as Frank Gore would pound it out on the ground and get the 49ers, in their throwback 90's all white uni's, back on track. Gore ran the ball 22 times for 144 yards and 2 TD's as he was the player of the game. gg uagrad90
Had no answer for your front 3. Your nose guard single handlely stopped my inside run game. Good game and good luck the rest of the way.
Wild Card Round @ Raiders beat Baltimore 45-24
The Raiders would score early and often jumping out to a quick 21-0 lead as the Ravens would turn the ball over on there first 2 possessions (1 INT and 1 Fumble returned for a TD). The Ravens in a big hole early had to press a lot which led to 5 turnovers on the day and some big Offensive plays for The Raiders. Mike Goodson would lead the way with a 148 yds rushing and 2 TD's. The Raiders would rely on there big play capabilities as Carson Palmer would throw 3 TD passes of 35 yds, 52 yds and 82 yds to add in with Goodson's 66 yd TD run. Raiders now head out on the road to face the NY Jets.
St Louis Rams - 24
SF 49ers - 17
The St. Louis Rams led by rookie sensation Enrique Ward were able to beat SF 24-17 on the back of big plays by Devery Henderson and Enrique Ward. This game was just a slug fest with the teams forcing 5 combined fumbles while both teams struggled to establish the run game. Pead and Steven Jackson carries the ball a combined 12 times for 26 yards while Enrique Ward had a huge game going for 127 yards on 8 carries with a 70 yard run for a TD being the big play. Ward was able to break two tackles on his way to a TD.
The Rams were very fortunate that Kaepernik had an off day at QB because there were several times that there were open and he simply missed them. The big play in the game was Devery Henderson broke a tackle and was able to take it to the house for a game winning TD. This was a really fun game. Field position, big hits, and lots of good third down defense.
It was a great game man, good luck to you the rest of the playoffs.
Saints - 21
In a matchup of two really different schemes the Saints and Rams played a really good game with the Rams being able to squeak out a 31-21 win over a great Saints team. The play of the game came early in the 3rd quarter with the Rams winning 14-10, rams CB Jerome Murphy picked off a Drew Brees pass and took it to the house, giving the Rams a 21-10 lead that they wouldnt surrender. The Rams defense forced several dropped passes, and also caused two fumbles, led by their FS Johnson who absolutely destroyed Reggie Bush on one play.
The Rams will have their first super bowl appearance, against either the bengals or Jets.
Not to many summaries to read, that's a little disappointing. Hopefully OMLawdog wins so we can at least get a recap of the game.
2014 Super BowlJETS WIN!!! Unfortunately, Me being a dumbass I forgot to record the game and couldn't stream it either my apologies. I have been to many Super Bowls in HK and finally have shook off the Buffalo Bills curse look what happens when you quit playing with the Cowboys BobJr Jets 15 Rams 14 After keeping HK waiting for too long the 2014 Super Bowl was played and it was a Dogg Fight! The Jets would strike first with a FG from Mike Nugent. The Rams would have an answer after a few 3 and outs from both teams. Focusing on the run the Jets would rely on their cover corners to play the play action and pass. Sam Bradford hit Kenneth Robinson double covered on a perfect for a game changing touchdown to put the Rams up 7-3. The Jets would get into the redzone and once again a goaline stand from the hardnosed Rams defense forced a FG. On 3rd and 2 play from 36yards out, 2nd year WR Sam Jackson would burn Cromartie on a playaction pass for a touchdown putting the Rams up 14-6. I will note that commentator Fordtuff made a perfect call on the playaction pass. In the second half things got more interesting, Rookie of the Year QB Stephen Diaz hit Dustin Keller for a touchdown. Down by 2 the Jets would go for it. Aerion Boudreaux would be denied once again at the 1 by this tough defense 14-12. The 4th quarter was something to see. The Jets would go 3 and out once again giving the hammer to the Rams. Deep in the Jets territory on 2nd and 7, the Rams dropped back to pass out the I-form(or maybe it was singleback). The Jets were in cover 2 and OLB Aaron Maybin would pick Bradford with 3mins to go setting up a chance for the Jets. Diaz who isn't a rookie anymore, drove the Jets dowfield to set up a Mike Nugent FG to put them up by 3, 15-14. With 1min left there was still time for the Coach of the year to bring his troops back. The Jets would stick to what they did best and pick off Bradford in man coverage. GG LAWDAWG SUPERBOWL MVP: DAVID HARRIS 2INTS
