All recruiting news, signings, and general talk goes here.

Minnesota got its 1st recruit of the year as #1 Athlete Jonathan Thomas signed on to be a Golden Gopher. Looks like he will project to be a CB.

No commits for TAMU in week 1, and for the second straight year, the Aggie coaches are not bowled over with the in-state recruits.

Clemson got its first recruit on an instant commit in week one, 2 star FB Brad Schroeder will add much needed depth to that position next year (week 1).
:3stars:MLB Jason Evans instant commits in week three, this was an immediate need for the Tigers so he could see some playing time next year.

Turns out I was wrong, TAMU did pick up a week 1 instant commit, :3stars: DT Craig Fuller. Nothing special, but he has B strength and with all my DT's being seniors or juniors, it's definitely a position of need.

No commits for the Buffs. We're working hard on #1 QB Amir Anderson. He's visiting Boulder in week 2.

There's an intense battle for the #1 FS. He visited both Texas A&M and Minnesota in week 6. My guess is he didn't even bother with his visits and just insta-committed to Dru.

Nah, he did the magical 'two places at once' routine. But I'm hoping that my lead coming into the week will be the difference. I don't really need a S this year, but if he's as good as his stats look, he could start next year.

Still no hard commits, but got a softie from #1 QB Amir Anderson....sorry Beazus.

Also, the Buffs are currently #1 on the boards of the #1 MLB, #1 WR and #2 CB.

TAMU gets ZERO recruits out of the week 6 visits, which sucks.

However, we do have soft commits from 3 guys, including the top FS and HB we are recruiting.

Bond jumped into the battle for the FS too. That kid must have a private jet or something, visiting Syracuse, Minnesota, and Texas A&M all in one day.

Colorado nails down #1QB and #3 ovr Amir Anderson. He projects as the starter next year, after Tyler Hansen graduates.

Lost that #2CB to Stanford. Guess he prefers an education over mountains...lol

Syracuse picks up their 1st recruit of the season and it's a good one. Jon Haynes will definitely start as a freshman, I'm just not sure if he'll redshirt his first year or not. He has B- throw power and accuracy.

Sounds like you got yourself a good QB Bond. I am questioning redshirting anyone from here on out though. Not sure how many more seasons we'll get through, maybe 4 or 5 at the most?

Yeah that CB looks crucial but Amir isnt exactly a consolation prize, either.

The Rebs got another instant commit in 4* HB Eric Brothers (13) 6-0 213: B+ speed, juke move and acceleration. I really think I got a find with him. Now to focus on the trenches.

Minnesota hasn't picked up anybody else since the week 1 insta-commit, but I am #1 for the top 12 players on my board.

That's what happens when you go out of town during key recruiting time.

I was happy that I picked up the FS, but happier that I got the 5 star HB. I'm definitely losing 2 of my top 3 HB's this offseason, and if Michael goes pro I'd lose all 3 leaving me with 2 on the depth chart. HB was definitely my biggest need this year.

I'm hoping that Michael being out for the season in week 4 will lead to him staying though.
