I thought I'd get some conversation going about recruits that are the subject of intense user competition. Our first recruit for discussion is.....

#2 ATH (and overall #2 recruit) :5stars: Kenny Robinson

Kenny hails from Daytona Beach, FL, and is a big kid at 6'4" and 283 lbs. I'm unsure how exactly he is an 'athlete' since based on his ratings the only thing he does in high school is play on the OL and DL and participate in hot dog eating contests. His ratings don't look great on paper, but some of the SEC coaches evidently see something in him, as the top 4 schools on his board include Miami, Auburn, FSU and Alabama. All have offered him a scholarship already and the race currently looks too close to call.

On a side note, I thought about making this post about the athlete that has me and you 1/2 on his board, but I figured I'd give some time to the guys who haven't had as much recruiting success.:)

I did notice how many of my kids have you on their interest list. I'll have to educate them a bit apparently.

Dru's been doing that since last year, Mexi. You're behind the curve.

Well Alabama took the lead on #2 ATH (and overall #2 recruit) :5stars: Kenny Robinson. However it looks like the lead will be short lived because EA Servers and my internet connection did not like each other last night. I lost about all my calling time. Good job EA, I love this game, good times (y)

You guys are pretty much leaving my recruits alone this year. And I'm moving my pipelines up North to B1G country, so other than possibly Cheez, I should be steering clear of a lot of wars in the future. I want no part of Texas, Lousiana or Alabama, and wont even try Georgia unless Dru isnt showing an interest or I'm #1 choice by a great deal.

All about picking your battles, and fighting a 6 star school on his home turf? I'll let someone dumber than me do that.

Auburn has pulled the rip cord on this kid...fell to 4th this week. Would be shocked if he didnt sign with Miami. Boom29 has a big lead over Alabama and Florida State

Sad thing is...I haven't scouted him one bit. For all I know he is horrible, but I'm talking your scholarship offers as assurance that he's at least decent.

FYI to all...Miami will never turn down a :5stars: ATH that has us #1 on his list. Lamar Christensen is loving South Beach already.

I didnt have him fully scouted either so I dont know what he looks like. I was just trying to sign a :5stars: for once!
