Man recruiting sucks this season. Austin1990 stealing my CB, and my other CB, trying to steal my DT, UGA stealing my QB, matthew34brown stealing my RB, -Balla- trying to take my SS, no commits yet, I'm headed to Cali in the offseason, none of you turds out there!

Hahahaha it's because we all use the same "trick" when we look for recruits, and end up targeting the same guys. My goal from day 1 in this dynasty was to set up a stronghold on the FL recruits though.

Ya we do. My other OD set week 4 as the furthest into the season you could target a new recruit that didn't list you in their top 10. Its just to hard to police.

Yeah I think it's fine to let people go for it. It rewards people who put more effort into recruiting and go back to look at the lists.

I cheated this year. I knew all of you would do the same thing so I started in on those guys in Week 2, At least this season it's more difficult than looking at the recruit's top 3 to find :3stars: gems. "Oh, he likes OU, Alabama, and Texas? I bet he jumps 10 points." I do love finding the :3stars: players who no one notices, offers, or pays attention to, and they end up better than the :4stars: player who everyone chases.

It's so much different recruiting at these little schools. When I'm a 5 or 6 star program I'll drop recruits I have to compete with 4 users for, and grab the guy who's 2 points lower overall with no one recruiting him. That way I can save the points for the guys in the high 70's or low 80's. With the little schools there's not someone else 2 points lower! You go from a 75 guy to a 66. So I have ended up in more battles than I normally do. I love/hate the competition; it's great to win, but if you lose and don't have a fallback...welcome to college 212 pound walk on. Here's a starting spot at LT. ULL is pretty young, and I only have a few open slots so losing the guys I might won't kill me. I had a backup for the RB that I lost to Ohio, I've got a backup at DT, I don't have to have a CB, QB, WR or SS. But they would add some depth that is lacking.

Yeah definitely. I'm of the school of thought that 3 difference making recruits beats 15 career backups. You gotta have depth and I get that but especially at these little schools one 79-80 OVR guy at the right spot transforms your whole team.
