Gotta take what is given. But against high powered teams I end up playing chase and it's all I can do to try to keep up. And FSU has wrecked me 3 yrs in a row, gotta hand it to him.

    Florida 35 vs 31 Texas A&M

Florida received the ball to start the game and went right to the.... GROUND for their (at the time, token hand-off). Two plays later we're punting. Not a great way to start the game for the True Freshman QB. At least he didnt throw an INT.
Texas A&M just seemingly had their way with the Gator defense for pretty much the entire first half. I think this was the drive where TAMU completed a 3rd and 16 on a cornerish route with the DB literally looking at the pass in COver three but did not make an attempt. TD 7-0. Florida gets the ball and, uh oh here we go again, INT. Luckily TAMU returned the favor trying to go down field. Florida takes over at their 1. On second down, i hit my HB out of the backfield and although it may not have seemed like a huge 6yd play... my QB was getting crushed. Florida drives down and scores a tying TD...

Johnny Football gets the rock on the ensuing drive and scampers 75yds against another deep zone defense... how there was no one to catch him or deep to run over was beyond me... i was pretty pissed at my Defense after that one.
So hey Price gets the ball back... Misreads a bump/release... the DB was burned and then decided he should backpedal... i knew it was bad as soon as i threw it... INT. yada yada TD, 21-7.
Florida then scores with 28 seconds left in the half thinking maybe we can get to half only down a score. Newp. FG 24-14. TAMU getting the ball.

TAMU marches right on down to make it 31-14. Florida then goes into the hurry up. Mixes in some runs. And scores on a 42yd TD. Which drew a chuckle from me, as the annoucner was caught saying he made the right read... which was funny to me because i thought i threw a pick... my left slot guy was crossing underneath and as he had for much of the game, i totally figured BBJ was going to run with him so i timed it, and threw to the right slot guy on a streak... He didnt follow the guy i thought and i was lucky to catch it.

I think the next possession is J Footballs, 2 INT of the game. Florida drove down and made it a three point game 31-28.
The defenses played pretty tight through the fourth. Florida took their second 4th Quarter possession and scored. Feeling pretty good and with a good Kickoff we were just hoping for not a good return... PANIC, hes got room around the right... MORE PANIC, that LB who you thought was going to tackle him didnt... Thankfully the third string Safety came over and pushed him out after a 70yd return. Three timeouts but still not alot of time... first play, drag across the middle and squeaks over the first down.

I think First down was where i had a heart attack... I couldve sworn his guy caught the ball but it he dropped it, not knocked out just dropped the game winner. Second down was a user sack, was happy bout that one.
THird down was a "get me half way there" pass. 4th and whatever, last play of game. Great pressure from McCallister on J Football. I think he had to worry it out, Safety came up to knock it down.

    Was a burner.

The defense was solid and forced 5 turnovers. The offense was good beside about 6 seconds of play. Jacob Coker threw an INT in the red zone, and WR Kelvin Benjamin made a big hit and forced a fumble. Coker then threw his 2nd INT in 2 plays, but other than that he was solid. The defense was led by FS Colin Blake who had 3 INTs

    QB Jacob Coker - 17-25 for 242 yards, 4 TD, 2 INT
HB Mario Pender - 12 carries for 92 yards, 2 TD
HB Michael Vaughn - 8 carries for 99 yards, TD
HB Nick Sanders - played his first game as a true freshman in mop-up time: 4 carries for 45 yards, TD
WR Kelvin Benjamin - 7 receptions for 110 yards, 3 TD, forced fumble
WR Marvin Bracy - 6 receptions for 105 yards, TD

Like the coach at LSU, the coach at GaTech is taking a leave of absence..... this is what happens when recchem wins titles

CPU GaTech is one cheesy bastard. For starters, he doesnt run the fleXbox One. He does however, come out in "4WR" looks where 2 or 3 of the WRs are playing TE. Anyways, ND barely hangs on 28-24 vs CPU GT

Notre Dame gets a big win in ACC play!

The Irish hosted the Seminoles for a rainy game in South Bend. FSU got the ball first but were forced to punt near midfield. Notre Dame got it and went the other way scoring on a 20 yard TD from Fountain to the TE, Brown. On their next possession, FSU once again was stalled near midfield. This time the Irish offense could only manage a FG for a 10-0 lead. FSU's offense continued to struggle and was forced to punt once more. Anthony Porter took a stretch play and went 44 yards to the endzone to give ND a 17-0 lead. The Seminole offense finally got on track and got an 18 yard TD pass to cut the lead to 17-7. Porter got a great return to set up the offense and Fountain capitalized by finding Greg Fisher in traffic for a 34 yard TD and a 24-7 lead. With some time left, FSU went to work, but Coker got hit as he threw and LB Darby plucked it out of the air in the backfiled then raced 44 yards for the score to give ND a 31-7 advantage. FSU got it back and stormed down the field but with 5 seconds left they decided to try another play and the runner was drug down at the 1 as time expired in the first half.

With ND getting the ball to start the second half, FSU needed a big play and they got it when a sack forced a fumble and gave them the ball at the 8, forst and goal. Notre Dame's defense came up huge though, stopping a 2nd and 3, 3rd and 1, then 4th and 2 to get the ball back. The offense would get a little breathing room before being forced to punt. FSU followed with their second TD of the game, this time from the RB from 3 yards out. After a failed 2 pt conversion it was 31-13 Notre Dame. The Irish put together an impressive drive to get into scoring position but an ill advised throw at the goal line was picked off by the safety to give FSU some new life. The Seminoles went the length of the field and a patient Coker found Kemp for a 7 yard TD pass on the last play of the third quarter to cut the defecit to 11 points. The following drive was an impressive one for the Irish with multiple third down conversions before Fountain found Fisher for a 16 yard Score to extend the lead to 38-20 with under 4 minutes to play. Another INT from Coker sealed the deal and the Irish put themselves in the driver's seat for the ACC atlantic at 3-0 in conference play.

Another #2 ranked team on the road, another Clemson win

Va Tech did everything they needed to do on offense, but interceptions hampered them the entire game. The Hokes opened the game with a HB Anderson 7 yard TD run. Clemson tied it up with a TD pass to a wide open TE Vinson. Hokies QB Jackson threw his first interception of the game, under-throwing his TE. Clemson was able to capitalize on a bullet from QB Kelly to WR Wilson on third and long for a TD. Va Tech had a chance to score 3, if not 7, before the half. But another interception at the goalline meant the score would stay 14-7 at half.

Clemson started off the 3rd with a FG. Jackson would then go on to throw his 3rd interception. But Clemson would go 3-n-out, which lead to a VT FG. Clemson would have their shot at their own FG, but didn't push the chipshot to the right far enough, clanking off the post. The Hokes had 2:15 left to score a TD, but a user pick (that this time was not pitched away) by LB McCloud gave it right back to Clemson. Three plays later, HB Cooper scored from 23 out.

GG Boom29. Like I said, your defense had about 2/3 dropped interceptions. I dont think I had any dropped.

Wyrmreaver good game, pretty upset at how we couldn't convert when close. Clock ran out when I was tackled at the 1 and we stalled on the 1 yard line. Your offense was tough to stop, and your defense was pretty solid overall. Seemed like the box was stacked when I wanted to run, but once I got to passing mainly, Jacob Coker had allllllll day to pass. My main plays were passes where he just sat and waited for guys to get open, probably 4 plays of 8+ seconds, 2 TD and 1 INT which I thought the TE would streak to the endzone and he came back.

Yeah, the times early that I didnt spy you burned me, then when I did a spy you had all day! I made enough plays on offense and got lucky on the two times you were inside the ten in the middle of the game. I felt like I had a bunch of dropped INTs and one pass where I should have had a user INT and I botched it, but then I had that pick 6 that was pure luck..... In all, I felt like it should have been closer, I was just fortunate enough to have the big lead at the half to milk

FSU's defense was terrible in the 1st half and we found ourselves down 23-21 at the half. Offense played very well, Coker threw for 400 yards, Benjamin had over 200 receiving yards, and the 2 HBs both had solid games. Matthew Thomas scored on a pick-6 in garbage time. FSU won the 2nd half 35-3.

QB Jacob Coker - 22-31 for 407 yards, 4 TD, INT, rush TD
HB Mario Pender - 15 carries for 81 yards, 2 TD
HB Michael Vaughn - 6 carries for 67 yards
WR Kelvin Benjamin - 11 receptions for 203 yards, 2 TD
WR Connor Jacobs - 3 carries for 77 yards, TD
TE AJ Huggins - 4 receptions for 85 yards, TD

MLB Young's 3 pick day dooms Virginia

After an early 3-0 Clem lead, Virgina QB Brown hit WR Cummings for a 22 yard score as he gashed the D up the middle. Another Clemson FG, and the Commador offense went right back to work. The turning point of the game, though, was Young's first pick of the day. He picked off a short pass over the middle right at the goalline to end Virginia's scoring opportunity. Then, Clemson kept the ball for 5 minutes, ending the drive with a HB Berg TD. Young got his second pick as Virginia tried to make some noise before the half.

Virginia started the second with a FG, making it 13-10 Tigers. QB Kelly would throw a TD on third and long to WR Wilson from 17 yards to extend that lead to 20-10. MLB Young would come up huge again, picking off his third pass. It would only lead to a Clemson FG though, making it only a 13 point lead with 3:30 left. Virginia responded quickly, scoring in a minute with a Brown TD pass to WR Covington. But Virginia had to use a timeout earlier in the half, and elected to go with the onside. It failed, and Clemson ran out the clock after picking up 2 first downs. GG Ken Welsch

Lol I'd rather not talk about it... It's kinda ridiciulous...
I literally was tackled on one play before my QB received the snap in shotgun from a blitzing CB.
I then had a play where the DL was in full tackle animation on my HB... got up from a 45 degree angle, turned around and tackled my QB behind the line.
I watched an LSU WR break 5 tackles on a first down catch in the third quarter (WIth NO aggressive hits / strip)
I watched my Cover 3 defense (with pass pre-snap thing) watch the LSU receiver score with 10 seconds left on a third down & forever
I did hit the wrong button on their pick 6
I threw 9 INTs (including one after i got a turnover inside their twenty with 2 minutes left, because my QB had 0 time)
    i threw 3 INTs inside the 5.
My HBs couldnt get out of the backfield, tackled by the fastest DL i've ever seen as i was handing the ball off.

Are we going to think about limiting the no-huddle? I noticed Virginia had like 800+ yards and 99 offensive plays last game. It's not unthinkable for that to happen, but it seems like ND and Virginia are getting a pretty good boost in XP from game stats, school records, and all those season stats and awards. And there's not much of a takeaway for negative plays, like allowing points or throwing INTs. Defensive players will get more awards when there's more snaps.

I don't know if we should end the no-huddle, but I think we should limit it somewhat. After Midnight GMONEY 15 am I the only one thinking this? I'm pretty much pointing out 2 guys who do it, but we only have 10 guys now so I figured just put it out there.

I agree with you 100%. Some of the stats whoring going on is a direct by-product of the new xp system. However, we have discussed rules before and this group for the most part doesn't seem to want them. So I feel like my hands are a bit tied when it comes to this stuff now.

I thought about this same thing. After season 1.

I did run no huddle pretty much all the second half vs CPU LSU as I was losing and things were looking bleak when I was down 2 TDs.

Had the stamina chane they seemed to talk about prior to release had any significant impact we wouldn't have to mention this as that would limit it.

As well as moving the stamina boosts into game play and not OC in the skill trees

I will not go no-huddle vs the CPU anymore if that is what people think is best, though I would still like to be able to use it vs other users as I think it is a legitimate strategy.
