Two for Braxton: Braxton Miller will attempt to become the second player ever to win consecutive Heisman Trophy's, but the senior quarterback says that individual awards are not his concern this year. After the heart breaking loss to Texas in last year's title game, look for the Buckeyes to go "all in" on one goal: the national championship.
Same Faces, New Places: Ray Hall makes the transition to receiver, in an attempt to make room for the top running back in last year's class, Aaron Anderson. Hall was one of Miller's favorite targets last year, as he operated out of the backfield. He now will see more time in the slot, but don't be surprised if Meyer uses him sparingly in the backfield as well. Adolphus Washington officially makes the move to defensive tackle, and will lead a defensive line that could be the best in the country.
Full Season for TMC: Tavavris McLaurin showcased himself as a future star during the first half of his freshman season, which was cut short by a shoulder injury. TMC is back and healthy, ready to shoulder the load as the Buckeye's feature back.
Senior Sendoff: We already talked about Braxton Miller, but defensive stars Ryan Shazier and Bradley Roby also return for their senior seasons, hoping to avenge last year's title loss. The Buckeyes will be a favorite to return to that game this year, as Roby and Shazier lead one of the nation's top defenses.
Key Freshmen: Aaron Anderson was a highly coveted recruit, but he will have to play his way onto the field if he hopes to receive significant playing time. Anderson has impressed in practice thus far, and should be a good spell to TMC. At wide receiver, Michael Baker looks to be a natural in the slot, especially whenever Ray Hall lines up in the backfield. Also look out for redshirt freshman Jovon Harris, towering over defenders at 6'5, Harris should be used situationally on fades and jump balls.

At RB we have 3 solid players lead by Mason ScreenHunter_05 Sep. 03 16.56.jpg
TE & WR Will be lead my Reed and Coats at WR and Fulse at TE
    ScreenHunter_06 Sep. 03 16.57.jpg ScreenHunter_07 Sep. 03 16.57.jpg
o-line will be a soild unite and open big holes all year
This year we look to rely on the run game more than in the past not because we dont have talent at WR but because our OLINE is very good and our Stud RB's need some work, we will go to the air if the plans aint working (y) I've always been a run 1st coach but can't seem to get my counters and run game going in 2013 release we hope that changes this year.. We have had 1000+ yard rushers but look to do way more than that..

Our D will be a very solid group this year anchored by the D-line
    ScreenHunter_11 Sep. 03 16.58.jpg ScreenHunter_12 Sep. 03 16.59.jpg
At LB we have SO Phenom Johnson coming off a great FR year to lead a very nice Group of LB, we have a new MLB this year and will miss Holland and his rock solid tackling but the new guy should be good.
    ScreenHunter_13 Sep. 03 16.59.jpg ScreenHunter_15 Sep. 03 17.00.jpg
At CB we have some nice speed and hard hitters and a nice mix of experience and youth
    ScreenHunter_16 Sep. 03 17.01.jpg
Safety we return the BEAST Florence who got spanked for sacking to much and has been told to please stop killing the QB .. his back up Morton is biger faster and stronger...uh oh
    ScreenHunter_17 Sep. 03 17.01.jpg ScreenHunter_18 Sep. 03 17.01.jpg
At Kicker we have a huge leg in RS Fresh Lee
    ScreenHunter_19 Sep. 03 17.02.jpg
On D our strategy in the past has been kill the head (the QB) and everything else will die, we are still going to have that in our heads but once we see we've killed the QB & are up...we are going into "BallHawk" Mode and are going to try and develop a good game plan for INT's. This will be a 1st for us and we will see how it works....QB's dont breath a sigh of releif I'm still going to try and rip your head off the whole 1st half at least...(y)

    RB.png T.png
    fb.png G.png
    WR.png C.png
With an offensive line that averages 6' 5" 323 lbs the Badgers will look to stay dominante on the ground. Offensive Coordinator Matt Canada has added a few wrinkles this year due to the development of Sophmore QB Bart Houston and Wide Recievers Mason and Isaiah Williams. Chase Hammond and Marquis Mason will look to dominate around the goal line with their 6' 4" and 6' 5" frames. Keep an eye on Sophmore tailback Vonte Jackson who went to the same Kenosha High School as Melvin Gordon, the duo could be the best in the country by years end.

    Jim Pittman
Kevvonte Martin Manley and Cameron Wilson will be starters at both wide outs. Hillyer and Smith will see playing time also.
Ray Hamilton will be starting at tightend for the Hawkeyes. Freddie Black and Jake Duzey should see playing time also.

RT- Andrew Donnal will anchor the right side. Ryan Ward will be backup.
LG- Jordan Walsh is looking forward to get on the field after winning the starting job against Jared Davis who will see little playing time. Look to see Harris or Smith to be back up.

I had the whole depth chart typed out and apparently hit something wrong on my laptop, so it all disappeared. Not happy and don't think I can handle typing it up again, so I'll just try to type up a little summary:

Returning Stars: QB David Ash returns to lead a strong Texas offense and he'll also have HB's Malcolm Brown, last year's Doak Walker winner, and Joe Bergeron back to carry the offense again. C Dominic Espinosa and RT Josh Cochran return to anchor the offensive line. Trey Graham is the team's leading returning receiver will make the move to FB this year but could line up as a TE some as well. CB Quandre Diggs and SS Mykkele Thompson return on defense to lead a unit that will feature several new faces.
New WR corp: With Jaxon Shipley unexpectedly leaving early for the NFL draft last year, there is a lack of experience at the WR position. That doesn't mean there's not talent at the position though. Kendall Sanders returns after missing nearly all of last season due to injury and will be joined by Miles Onyegbule, who took over for Sanders last year in the slot receiver position. Speedy Cayleb Jones and Bryant Jackson will need to contribute as well and true freshman Jordan Yates will see some playing time as well.
Retooling the D: DE Hassan Ridgeway will try to fill the shoes of Jackson Jeffcoat as redshirt freshman Joe Williams will be counted on to step in for Jordan Hicks. The starting secondary should have plenty of experience, but a couple of true freshmen, Dustin Fagan and Brian Love, should see some time at CB in certain packages.

Iowa Hawkeyes 2014 Defensive/Special Teams Review
LE- Dean Tsopanides will start this season on the left side. Junior Faith Edaditie will back him up.
RE- Riley McMinn is the starter. Mike Hardy will be second fiddle to McMinn unless McMinn doesnt perform to expectations.
DT- Senior Louis Trinca Pasat and junior Darian Cooper will be starters in this 4-3 defensive front. Senior Carl Davis and sophomore Mike Pickens will see playing time on rotations.
LOLB- True freshman Marcel Butler beat out junior Macon Plewa for starting spot.
ROLB- Marcus Collins is one of 2 senior linebackers on this defense. Cole Fisher should see some playing time.
MLB- Quinton Alston is returning starting linebacker. He will be anchoring this defense to push threw the BIG Ten conference. Tracy Davis will learn the ropes under Alston. Look for him to see the field to learn this defense.
CB- Sophomore Josh Stanley will be the #1 corner back this fall. Senior Jordan Lomax will be #2.
FS- The junior John Lowdermilk barely beat out Dan Charles for the starting job.
SS- Nico Law will lead a young group of strong safeties. Will Fields will back him up.
K- Mr Micheal Roberson will be the lone place kicker this season.
P- Johnny Mullings will be the punter this year.
