OK, we advanced a little early. Cj king was the only one who did not get their game in. Ninersfan80 still hasn't been on and Glen Cieske couldn't play today so their game was simmed. Everyone else did great. Keep it up!
I'm moving this weekend and will be without internet Sunday and most of Monday so we will have a 72 hour advance this week. Use the extra time wisely ;)
Crunk_Ness has the scheduling thread up already.
    Have fun!

The winner of each game (or user if playing the CPU) must post a short game summary following their game. The summary must include the following:
    • Game Score
    • Key Team Stats
    • Key Individual Stats
    • Notes
This can be as basic or as simply as you would like to make it. However, the more engaging the posts are, the more invested other users will be in this thread and the league in general. Its up to you how much effort you want to put into it.

Here are some links to help out your summaries:

    SEA at MIN 2014.jpg
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. --- Quarterback Brett Ray continued to struggle, as did the Minnesota pass defense, but timely running and clutch sacks ultimately led the Vikings to a 23-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks to avoid a two-game losing streak.

Adrian Peterson did not have a huge game for Minnesota but did enough and converted key first downs late in the game to help keep Seattle at bay. Peterson finished with 91 yards and a touchdown to take over as the NFC's leading rusher (pending this week's games).

Ray struggled for the second consecutive game but reduced his turnovers from three (against Houston) to just one in this game. However, he often had difficulty connecting with receivers and appears mired in a mid-season slump.

The Vikings pass defense, though to be a team strength with the addition of Asante Samuel and the return of Chris Cook and LaRon Landry continued to give up easy passes. The Vikings' secondary did manage to pick off an errant Jordan Norwell pass in the first half but had several stretches where they could not get the Seattle offense off of the field. Fortunately for the Vikings their pass rush has been consistent and been bailing the secondary out at times.

Next week the Vikings will try to get the team firing on all cylinders as they face their bitter rival Green Bay. Meanwhile, the Seahawks will return home for a divisional showdown with CJTHA1 and the Rams.

Despite a lack of run game the Cards' manage to win in Atlanta!
    17[IMG]@[IMG]14[IMG]
Atlanta, GA--- Despite losing the turnover battle (2 fum, 1 pick 6) the Cardinals over came the Falcons fierce defensive line to move onto 7-2 as the Falcons fall to 3-6. Both defenses would decide that there would be no running in this game and both teams combine for 51 total yards rushing on 41 attempts! That's a whopping 1.24 yards per rush combined! What an eye sore for the fans who had to sit and watch these Running backs from the stands. Cardinals continue to fumble the ball coughing it up 3 times in this defensive battle, losing only 2 of them. Tightly contested through out the whole game the Falcons managed to take the lead 14-10 with 3:45 to go in the 4th. First play of the Cardinals next drive Skelton shows off his arm strength and launches a deep pass to M. Floyd who managed to get behind the safeties for an 86 yard touchdown strike! Easily the play of the game as the Falcons would be forced to punt it before the 2 minute warning. Arizona holds on and wins another thriller. The Cardinals will stay on the road and head to Miami to face MarkyMark67 and a tough Dolphins defense as the Falcons will host coach AveryB and his New York Football Giants.

    Raiders vs. Saints
    Final Score
    28-7
Oakland absolutely dominated this game! They had their way with the Saints defense and there offense! It looked like they were playing a high school team the way the Saints were performing! Everything seemed to click on all cylinders tonight the Raiders. Raider Nation can go home happy and get ready for next weeks game.

Chiefs Crush Ravens, End Brief Losing Streak
    Picture 7.png
BALTIMORE, Maryland. -- In what was expected to be a battle of two top AFC teams, this game was quickly over. Rookie QB Kyle Murray, in just his third start, threw for 335 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs 40-7 victory over the Ravens. Murray completed 19 of 23 passes for an amazing 82%. Jamaal Charles added another two scores on the ground to go along with his 76 yards rushing. The Kansas City defense was impressive again, forcing 3 turnovers and 5 sacks. Tamba Hali led the team with 3 sacks. Ryan Succop nailed four field goals for the visiting Chiefs.
The Baltimore Ravens never got a rhythm going on offense, with their only score coming on a Beanie Wells 59 yard run. Joe Flacco was benched in the second half after going 7/19 for 102 yards. His replacement, Tyrod Taylor, didn't fair too much better as he finished the game 6/12 for 86 yards and an interception that was returned for a touchdown. T.J Ward led the Baltimore defense with 7 tackles and 2 forced fumbles.

Well we lost Cj king this week. Don't know what happened but apparently he decided to retire. Hopefully we will find a more committed owner for the Redskins and Seahawks and the few other teams that seem to have some nice pieces together.:)
