    Panthers 14 - Saints 10

I'll be honest here a friend came over and I was talking to him while playing and not paying any attention until the Saints scored their first touchdown (with one minute left in the 3rd) and put them ahead 10-7.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs continued their hot play, routing the visiting Denver Broncos 44-14. Matt Cassel threw 3 touchdowns, Jamaal Charles ran for a pair, and the Chiefs dominated this game from start to finish. On the defensive side of the ball, LOLB Justin Houston recorded 3 sacks, bringing his total to a league leading 11 through just 5 games. Like the New Kids on the Block, Lions defense "Hangs Tough"
Green Bay made of game of it in the first half as the game teetered back and forth with both teams playing top notch defense ... Aaron Rodgers converted on numerous 3rd downs to keep drives alive however the tough Detroit defense, minus N. Suh, would hold the Pack to just two field goals on their two attempts inside the red zone ... Matt Stafford continues to play horrendous football in the first half ... this has been a reoccurring theme for Matt as he seems to need 2 quarters of football to warm up and catch fire ... he would right the ship as Detroit finally started firing on all cylinders ... Stafford would finish the game 4 tds, 3 of which came in the second half, and a total of 311 yds on 15 of 27 passing ... Jahvid Best continued to split his carries with Leshoure until Best went out with a 4th qtr injury ... Aaron Rodgers would eventually implode as he threw two picks in the second half, both which happened to be inside the red zone ... Detroit takes their 5 game winning streak into week 6 in which they have a bye week and hope to get Suh back in time for week 7!

Cardinals Offense too much for the Bears Defense!
Glendale, AZ--- The Arizona Cardinals offense finally came to play this week as they recorded over 100 yards on the ground for the 1st time this season from 1st round rookie Jawara Baxter and over 300 yards in the air. Bears defense really struggled through out the day trying to stop the run and would of probably gave up more receiving yards also if the Cardinals Wide out M. Floyd could hold onto catch-able balls. M. Floyd dropped 3 passes in this one making it 9 maybe 10 on the season. Bears were able to force the Cardinals to throw an Interception and fumble in 2 different red zone attempts to give the Bears some life in the 2nd half but too little to late. Cardinals looking very sharp coming off the bye week. Cardinals Coach was very pleased with the overall performance of his team and expects to get back to work this week in practice and prepare for the division rival Rams. The Bears are headed to Green Bay next week to play their division rival Packers.

    Titans D Dominate

From the get-go, the Titans willed themselves to victory, proving they were the best team between to bitter conference foes. Sweeping the series 2-0 the Titans gained a leg up in the division over the Texans. Turnovers haunted the Texans as a seemingly supportive crowd on Breast Cancer Awareness Day turned extremely hostile.

    Titans: 38 Texans: 0

    Offensive Performers:

    Jake Locker: 9/11 131 yds 2 TD 0 INT 1 Rushing TD
    Matt Schaubb: 13/33 170 yds 0 TD 4 INT

Dain Townsend: 20 att 70 yds 2 TD
    Ben Tate: 8 att 5yds 1 Fumble

    Defensive Performers:

    Kamerion Wimbley: 2 Sacks
    Jason McCourty: 2 Interceptions
    Kelvin Hayden: 1 Interception
    Michael Griffen: 1 Interception
    JJ Watt: 3 Sacks
