Season 3 Week 11 Scores
A&M's move back to an under center offense worked another week, and K. Guyton played well in his first start. Tannehill is playing much better in the non-shotgun offense, going 14-19 for 309 yards and 3 TD. Guyton added 99 yards and 2 TD's running. The WR's were led by J. Fuller who had 72 yards and 2 TD and R. Swope who had 155 yards and a 92 yard TD to end the first half (see below).
Player of the Game - R. Tannehill
Up next - The Baylor Bears visit College Station.
#5 Colorado 56
Iowa State 21
Tyler Hansen accounted for 7 total tds and over 300 yards passing. The Buffs laid it on the Cyclones.
#8 Florida State 52
#16 Clemson 13
It was just one of those games where Clemson didn't show up. Nine dropped passes (at least 4 on 3rd down), four turnovers (2 intercepted option pitches!), 10+ missed tackles, and two crucial penalties destroyed all hopes of a good game.
FSU is a good team, but, they aren't as good as this score shows.
#17 Minnesota - 37
Michigan - 18
Minnesota took the Little Brown Jug back from Michigan, getting revenge for last year's loss. Backup QB Moses Alipate played well passing for over 300 yards on the day. Eskridge picked up around 100 yards on the ground, and the defense played well, but gave up a few big plays for scores. Looking forward to getting my ass whooped by Iowa next week for the 3rd straight year.
Ole Miss: 36 Georgia: 22
Nathan Stanley had a disappointing game keeping control of the ball, throwing 3 picks including 2 in the red zone. He did however throw for 221 yards and Enrique Davis rushed 41 times for 199 yards and 2 tds. The player of the game was WR Jesse Grandy who returned 3 kos for 146 yards and a td.
