    #3 Wake Forest 38
    vs
    Boston College 12

The Wake Forest defense was dominant again, holding BC's running back Rolandan Finch to 8 yards on 16 attempts. Eagles QB Chase Rettig was sacked 8 times, and forced into 4 interceptions. Wake starting CB's AJ Marshall and Meril Noel each had two interceptions each, with each also taking one to the house.

"I think that shows how good we can be. If we can get teams to go one dimensional I like our chances against any team in the country," stated Kasper after the game.

Offensively, Wake only put together 207 yards, but that was plenty to win this one. QB Kevin Sousa went a civilian 9-21 for 1 TD and 1 Int. Josh Harris missed about hlaf the game due to injury, but put together 75 yards on 12 attempts and 2 scores. Backup Khiry Sutton held his own in relief duty, taking 7 carries for 49 yards against a depleted BC defense. Freshman Terrance Campbell led the receiving charge with 4 catches for 38 yards. Michael Campanaro caught an 8 yard TD as well, his only catch of the day.

"We spread the ball out pretty well usually," said Campanaro after the game. "None of us are greedy and demand the ball 10 times a game, and we really praise each other after big plays. We're a tight group I think," said the senior. "I'm gonna miss these guys next year."

Campanaro is predicted as a 5th or 6th round pick in the upcoming NFL draft, his small frame and limited speed limit him, but his hands should keep him on an NFL roster.

Outside of Campanaro, Wake should return 3 of their 4 starting WR's. Matt James (a junior) along with Terrance Campbell and Mark Bradley (both freshman) should return for next season.

Wake will close out the regular season with Maryland at home next week.

    UNC 17

I was kicked again from EA servers after exiting the game, even though this time I exited immediately after it was done, so I have to replay it vs the CPU. As I predicted in my interview with Kasper it was just too much Glaser (350+ yds 5TD) and Faulk is practically uncover-able one on one. UNC had a few badly dropped balls as well as a couple of blown coverage's on defense which cost them the game.

Tough loss. Can't say I wasn't distracted, but I'll need a different game-plan next year. I came out way too slow and conservative. I've got to get better at user catching and user defending those deep throws to keep up. Back to the practice field.

Wisconsin leads for just 16 seconds, but comes away with 24-21 win over Iowa

I lost all momentum just before half with a 95 yard INT return on Gandy to make it 14-3 at half and Iowa come out in the 2nd half and scored again to make it a 18 point lead. But the Badgers made one key move today that changed everything. Senior QB Jon Budmayr came into the game at the half. Budy has been a far superior QB in his limited play this year but the Badgers have still elected to roll with the true freshman instead. In a full half of play, Gandy went 5/14 for 70 yards and on Jon's first drive he went 4/4 for 63 yards and a TD. He ended with 11/14 with 225 yards and 2 scores. The Badger running attack wasnt bad but nothing outstanding. Jeff Leis got the game winning TD while Melvin Gordon led the team with 10 carries for 69 yards. The defense stepped up big in the pressure situations with 3 INTs in the 4th quarter but overall, we got very little pressure all day and were hit and miss on stopping the Option but did it when they had to to give the offense the ball back.

It was a frustrating game at times in the first half but the QB change really changed my gameplan and playcalling. I was more aggressive and more accurate and move the ball more efficiently. The win was important to keep any hope alive at a B10 championship alive but it is not looking promising

My QBs are horrible. INTs galore as my receivers ran wide open throughout teh secondary. Instead of hitting the WRs.. my QB under threw a wide open TE that wouldve been a TD. I put in the back up and he way overthrew my WR for the game sealing INT. Sigh.. to the recruiting trail I go.

Because I'm an idiot. Pretty sure my 2nd INT was right after I busted a 60 yard run up the gut by my FB...tried play-action and I had CJ running wide open behind the defender but the ball was throw 5 yards behind him and right to a linebacker. Still shaking my head at how I lost a game I was leading 21-3 in the 2nd half. Story of my season.

I can play tonight around 7 cst. My freaking cpu team lost to Michigan St in the sim... So gay... I have yet to lose a user game in conference and yet for the 2nd straight year I won't be in the championship. I hate this shitty team. This is why i prefer dynasties where everyone starts with a shitty team and on equal grounds.

If you win out you're in the conference championship. You hold the tie breaker over Wisconsin.

Wisconsin lost to me and you so he has two conference losses too. I play Ohio st the last game of the season so I will give them their 3rd loss if I win which knocks them out of first and moves you up It shows you in 2nd place on the dynasty page online.
