    Louisiana-Lafayette Knocks off UGA
    Cajuns Sneak Past Bulldogs 26-24

Athens, GA- The Georgia Bulldogs jumped out to an early 14-0 lead and looked like they were off to the races and set to rout ULL. But the Ragin Cajuns mounted a second quarter comeback to cut the UGA lead to 21-17 going into the 3rd.

There were no TD's scored in the second half, but Daniel Cadona led ULL to victory going 3-3 on FG's including a game winner from 48 yards out. Cadona also hit a last second FG to cap off the second quarter, and draw the teams into a 21-17 gap.

I wish there were more stats, but the game isn't showing on the dynasty site. I remember that Harris didn't have a great game passing, but he and Reed both topped the 100 yard mark. I also remember that Cunningham caught his second career TD pass. But no WR topped the 100 yard mark.

North Texas slides by Texas St. in OT 34-31
The Mean Green came out impressive on their 1st drive as the scored on a pass from QB Berglund to TE C. Jones to go up 7-0. The Bobcats would answer with a 49 yard FG to make it 7-3 at the end of the 1st. Texas St. would own the 2nd Qtr outscoring NT 21-7. QB J. Webster threw for 2 TDs to WRs D. Mercer (10) and A. Madsen (35), and sneak another one from a yard out to go up 24-7. The Mean Green would cut into the lead before the half as QB Berglund hit WR J. Tyler for a 59 yard TD to make it 24-14 at the half. North Texas would continue with big plays as QB Berglund hit WR N. Schrapps for a 70 yard TD 30 second into the half to cut the lead to 24-21. Again QB Webster drove his team to another score and threw an 11 yard TD pass to WR B. Smith to make it a 10 point game once again 31-21. North Texas responded with a 61 yard HB screen to HB L. Heath for a TD and made it 31-28 to go into the 4th. Defenses played a big role in the 4th as neither team would allow a score. North Texas finally broke through and was able to get into FG range and hit a 35 yarder to tie it up at 31 with 24 seconds left. TSU took a knee and would play for OT. The bobcats would go on offense 1st but would fumble in their possession and NT would take advantage and sink a 36 yarder to end the game

Ouch an OT fumble??? That's a brutal way to lose. Sounds like a great game though.
