I gotta nominate HB Jason Wright, he's got double digit touchdowns already.

    Week 9 Update
After two months of play the race for Experience Rookie of the Year is starting to heat up as four frosh have begun to distinguish themselves from the rest of the pack: WRs Jonathon Carter from Florida and Anthony McClellan from Nebraska, MLB Michael Jones from Ohio State and FS Ed Reed Jr from Miami (FL).
Carter is seventh in the nation in receiving yards (732) and tied for sixth in TD receptions (7) for the high powered Gator offense. The young speedster has excellent hands and it shows in his 20.3 yards per reception.
McClellan was the number recruit in the nation who stayed in state to play for the Huskers. He leads the Nebraska team in catches (17), receiving yards (276) and touchdowns (2). One has to wonder if the run oriented Huskers offense will hamper his efforts to walk away with the F.O.Y. honors.
Reed Jr is the definition of an impact player as he has led the 'Canes in tackles (39) and tackles for a loss (11) since he arrived in Coral Gables. at 6'5 205 pounds with blazing speed and explosive big play ability ACC offenses have many sleepless nights ahead of them.
Jones is fifth in tackles (21) and fourth in tackles for a loss (8) for the #1 ranked Buckeyes and their bruising defense. Jones has shown great maturity stepping into such a pivotal position for the veteran laden Ohio State team.
Time will tell if these rookies have what it takes to keep up their excellent play or if another Freshman can propel himself into the spotlight to claim the honors. Next update in a couple weeks.

I doubt McClellan will win the award. My focus is on running the ball, and not passing it.

Step it up how? It's between 1/3 and 1/4 (both of which are very high for a SS that's played how he's supposed to be played). If I'm making a point about him having a lot, are you saying that I should round down instead of round up?

And why isn't HB Jason Wright on this watch list? 300 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns as the Seminole short yardage back.

Yeah, that's pretty excessive TFL for a strong safety that is user controlled 99% of the time. Might as well just move him to LB.

I can vouch for this too. Against me he was in the box 90% of the time.
