I am sure Soda is still without his computer so just wanted to help out.

Looks like recruiting is going to be tight between LSU and Texas. Has numerous guys listed as LSU number 1 or Texas Number 1 with the other being number 2.

The SEC and Big 12 dominate the top 10 with 3 users from each conference and the SEC championship looks more and more like a Big 12 SEC showdown.

    Thanks Huskie.

In fact, I still am without the computer.. and probably will be for a while unfortunately.

Anyway, all of the ACC now sits at 1-1 after BoSox took a loss to West Virginia and mboda and pagamer07 both took user losses. Of course, I lost in week 1 to Georgia.

The Big 12 teams are all 2-0 and the SEC has 3 2-0 teams with Alabama off to a slow start at 0-2.

In the first two weeks we have 3 CPU losses, and there is definite potential for some more this week, as ever-dangerous Florida State takes on BC and top 15 ranked UCLA takes on someone, can't remember who. Good luck everyone.

No big deal in this league, though. Everyone has a chance to play their way back in. All of the losses we have taken are non-conference. The real games start next week with Boston College vs Clemson for most likely a spot in the ACC Championship game.

Pa, you actually get Nebraska next week, so a win there would put you right back in the midst of the championship talk.

The TIDE Finally starts to Roll as Alabama shutout Arkansas in their SEC opener 58-0, Coach Designs yanked the first team offense at the start of the second half and they showed out just as much as the first team offense. Arkansas showed no signs of life, and no game plan whatsoever. "I was suprised to be honest with you, I expected a hard fought game in the trenches, it was like they quit after the first play." They were sloppy on offense and their defense was non-existent. The BIG suprise of the game was Phillip Sims the redshirt junior who was the backup last season to AJ McCarron was the starter against Arkansas, "you guys can expect to see him more and more as we transition into this option offense. We got our butt beat when we played Texas but we didn't expect the option to work immediately, now that Sims is starting to learn his reads and the backs are finding running lanes, this thing has just gone crazy."

    Offensive Stats:
    P. Sims (2nd string qb) 14 ATT / 164 YDS 2TD's
    E. Lacy (1st string hb) 8 ATT / 127 YDS 2TD's
    R. Roberts (2nd string hb) 12 ATT / 122 YDS 1 TD
    H. Young (2nd string hb) 8 ATT / 72 YDS 1 TD (freshman)

    Defensive Stats
    J. Fulton 1 INT for TD
    B. Moore 1 FF for TD
    R. Minor 2 QB Sacks

    BAMA 58 - Arkansas 0

Be afraid of LSU, be very, very afraid.

Only 3 more weeks until you taste a regular season loss.

    Nebraska 34
    UCLA 18

It was another good outing for the Nebraska offense, as Martinez and company took care of business early on against #12 UCLA. In the first 3 quarters, the offense was able to put up 31 points to UCLA's 10. The defense played a good game as well, forcing a lot of punts and halting progress on 4th down attempts. The starters came out at the end of the 3rd, and UCLA was able to put one more TD. The biggest challenge of the season yet will come next week against a very talented Miami team.

    Florida @ FIU
For the second consecutive game the Gators traveled to Miami for a game. Luckily this week instead of the Canes it was FIU.
Not much to say in this one. Although Lance West threw 2 more picks giving him 10 on the young season the offense was able to pretty much do as it wanted. West did throw for 4TD's and the run game dominated for the most part. Freshman QB Bo Smith was able to get his first action of his career and he took advantage of it with several nice option plays. 6 different players ran the ball and 7 different guys caught a pass in the 63-7 rout.
