12 seniors and a full roster means only 12 available scholarships for the Tigers

    1. :2stars: FB Shannon Williams - The team needs a FB and he's listed as the best in the country. With the signing of Ross, he could see a move to TE depending on how he looks in practice in the fall.

    2. :2stars: FB Jonathon Ross - This signing gives the team the possibility to move Williams to TE. Ross is a big physical lead blocker who would perfectly fit in the FB role that Mizzou has on offense.

    3. :4stars: CB Brad Johnson - 79 OVR(+2) This is just the sort of player that Mizzou needs in the secondary, a tough tackler (for a CB) with lockdown man coverage skills. Not quite as fast as we'd like, but this kid is a potential star.

    4. :4stars: WR Jake Carr - 80 OVR(+4) 6'4" tall with nice speed and elite route running, Jake should develop into a superstar in Missouri's spread attack over the next few years. He struggles a bit to make tough catches in traffic, but he has time to work on it with a solid corps of WRs still on the roster.

    5. :4stars: OLB Robert Patrick - 78 OVR(+4) This young man does everything well that a linebacker should. He has great size and athleticism to go with fluid cover skills and pass rush abilities. Will likely redshirt and then contribute early. It's very likely that Robert will move to MLB once fall practice starts up.

    6. :4stars: ATH Gavin Jones - 77 OVR(+1) Almost certainly a WR though he will get a look as safety in camp. This guy has good speed and solid ball skills. He is not the prospect that Carr is, but he should develop into an integral part of this offense.

    7. :4stars: G Jared Mason - Mizzou's achilles heel over the last few years has been offensive line play and adding this young man should help turn that around. This 300 lb stud from Cali should see action reasonably soon for this team.

    8. :4stars: T Chris Sanders - Together with Jared Mason, Chris should form the nucleus of a nasty offensive line over the next few seasons in Columbia. Sanders is a big farm kid from Utah who spurned BYU and Utah to play in the SEC.

    9. :3stars: FS Brandon King - Brandon is a kid from rural North Carolina that flew under the radar. Mizzou coaches were a little concerned by his lack of speed (86) but then the LB coach stepped in and pointed out that this kid is 223 pounds, so we may put him at OLB and see what happens. If King can make the transition, Mizzou could have a very talented LB corps.

    10. :4stars: FS Brian Carter - The magazines list him as the #1 FS in the nation and he should be an impact player patrolling the deep middle for the Tigers over the next few years. He has nice size for a safety to go along with solid speed and adequate cover skills. It could take a couple seasons, but Carter should develop into an NFL caliber talent.

    11. :4stars: G Carlos Brown - The third O-lineman of this class. A bit undersized at just 277 lb, but a tough player from the Texas pipeline. Along with Sanders and Mason, Carlos will anchor what should be a talented line over the next few seasons.

    12.

    15 Seniors

    1. :4stars: CB Matt Frankline, 73(+2) - Quick CB with decent coverage skills. Will be in the starting lineup in a year.
    2. :3stars: FS Brandon Allen, 78 (+8) - Exciting find to sure up the safety position. Coverage is iffy but hes got talent.
    3. :4stars: OLB Jim Carpenter, 73 (+2) - Balanced OLB.
    4. :4stars: T Michael Hubbard, 77 (-3) - Looks to sure up the offense line pass blocking. Little less than advertised but a plus for the line.
    5. :3stars: T Aaron Walker, 78 - JuCo So, Decent blocking skills across the board. Nice Depth player.
    6. :4stars: ATH Stephen McKinney, 77 (+3) - This guy has speed, he has skills to be a CB or a HB. Not sure where he's going yet. Would be nice to have a speed back.
    7. :3stars: K Jamal Lake, 77 (+4) - Kicker with power but no accuracy.
    8. :4stars: SS Justin Brown, 78(+3) - Could be a good 4-2-5 close to the line Safety.
    9. :4stars: DT Brian Reese, 77(+2) - Fills a need at a position
    10. :5stars: DT Kyle McNaie, 78(-2) - One of our top targets, should work well with Reese.
    11. :5stars: QB David Arrington, 78(-7) - Landing of the top QB is not as promising as previous seasons. I dont even know if he'll play.
    12. :5stars: ATH Will Barron, 78 - Looks like a QB but a backup QB at best for this offense.
    13. :4stars: WR Justin Downing, 77(+2) - Good Hands make up for lack of speed.
