    Georgia 12
    Illinois* 15
    Kansas 17
    Kentucky 20
    Michigan State 21
    Ohio State 18
    Virginia 18
    Washington State* 17
    Texas A&M 17

Star next to your school means you went over last year, and you lost as many scholarships this year as you went over last year. Finally found a color scheme that I like. Go blue!

OK, just so we are clear on this we have a 2 schollie buffer and if we are not able to sway back a player or if they transfer, we are not able to use those schollies?

The scholarship limit for the year is a constant number for the entire year: Seniors + Free Roster Spots + 2. This is true regardless of players leaving or incoming transfers. If your entire team goes pro, you are still limited by the same number. If the entire country tranfers to your school, you are limited by the same number.

And Twist, the answer to your question is yes.

Ok so if I lose both my K and P to the draft and I have used all my schollies, then I have to take walk-ons?

Yup. Assuming you haven't signed a kicker or punter in your current class yet.
