I suck @ recruiting. That is all.
That said, I've pretty much given up on anyone not in a pipeline state for me.
I have North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Louisiana as pipelines.
My 5* prestige is really kicking in. I have a bunch of very promising recruits on the radar. Just gotta see how things shake out in these first few crucial weeks.
dynasty wire is the biggest joke ever. Does this thing ever work?
I have a theory about why it isn't working, but since I don't have a contact at EA, who knows.
Duke signs it's first recruit of the season.
I'll post who it is later.
Geez, it could be any one of the 40 top 200 recruits you are #1 on....
That second year as a 5* program is wonderful.... ahh the good ole days....
i know who it is...but i'll never tell...
GT raked in some players as well that bastard
Can you tell after it happens?
you can tell on the wire if you no how to search for it.....
It could be a quick year this year for the Yellow Jackets...
Total Players: 70
Seniors: 9 +2
Walk Ons: 1 (C 43 OVR)
Available Schollies: 12
We locked down 3 commits in week 1...
#2 TE Demetrius Patterson (6'4" 237 lbs. St. Mary's, GA)
Very well rounded TE. C across the board in all catching, blocking, and running skills.
#15 DT Dennis Pennington (6'3" 303 lbs. Augusta, GA)
With B strength and B block shedding I expect Dennis to develop into a good DT.
#19 OLB Anthony Richards (6'2" 233 lbs. Southside, AL)
Anthony is a gem in disguise. B+ accell, C+ play rec and block shedding mixed with his B zone and man coverage seems to be a very good 4-3 LB.
The quicker you are done the better for me.
Received my first commitment of the season.
Ath #18 S. Wright out of Florida. He is projecting to be a solid CB for us. B spd, B+ Acc, B- Zone cv and C+ man.
This year's class looks very promising for me. And if it turns out how it looks so far, I will have my best class thus far in 11. My only regret is having only 11 scholarships to give out...
Texas signs their first 2 players....
#3 WR Gerald Moore (6'6"" 194 lbs. Claremont, CA)
He's tall and he's got A speed.
#2 CB Jonathan Sanders (6'1" 187 lbs. Burleson, TX)
B+ Man, B Zone, and B- Press. I'm looking for him to be on opposing receivers like stink on shit.
I love how you sign a five star like it is an everyday occurrence. I've signed 1 in 8 seasons.
I'm Texas, you're Duke.....that's how it works.
What's your winning percentage of the 8 seasons, how many conference titles have you won, and how many Nation Titles do you have?
I'm being a smart ass because despite my on field success I still recruit like a shit hole.
We have cool uniforms and an insane amount of hot women that put out in Austin.
Cocks landed their first recruit.
running back. Probably redshirt next year, but should be a starter down the line.
He also gets Texas as home recruiting state
Ah nice, ya I figured you were getting Ellis. I dropped him off my list already in fact, but wasnt really recruiting him. I have a few others I have my eye on, he seems solid though
Mustang, that MLB that you are about to sign looks really good. I feel stupid in not going after him, he will be a good one. I can't remember his name, but I just didn't spend the time on him, and Im going to regret it, he is a stud.
Yes, I am excited about him. I hope I pull through. He actually has B+ agility on a LB. I also like a couple ends I am #1 on. I may sneak 3 guys out of California. Then I will be definitely trying to land a pipeline there. I also have a QB out of LA that looks like a Hodges clone.
Separate names with a comma.
